The spring has been delayed this year. The Beastlords have brought numerous Etelias to their homes. As it turned out, this was a very careless act. Being a live incarnation of frost, Etelias significantly changed the local climate. Blizzards and severe frosts have reigned in some of the cities even in May. The Circle of Magicians managed to compensate this local weather cataclysm. Although they faced something that they can't handle themselves - Thallo, the Kami of Spring, was debilitated and confused by the abnormal winter, and needs help to recover and restore her power.

The annual migration of Hoppers has started. Search for their eggs in the lairs of guardian monsters in all biotopes. The Conclave is highly interested in collecting egg samples. As always, the Warlocks are counting on the help of the Beastlords and offering nice rewards for the eggs!

Each player is allowed to have only one account. Players who have multiple accounts will be banned.

The Magicians suppose that such anomalous cold developed because of the population of Etelias emerged far beyond their natural habitat. The Circle is working on stabilizing the climate and promise that the weather will go back to normal in one week.

The Valentine's Day event is postponed by one week. Our hosting provider is closing their servers in US, so we're working on moving to a different hosting at this moment. Etelias

The concept of Etelias was created by and belongs to Foxcomix
Read the original "Black Antarctica" comics (Russian language, check the description below for text translation)

The sky of Black Antarctica is cold and pitch black, full of biting sharp stars. In the eternal cold live Etelias, the creatures made of ice and hardened air. To form their bodies, new crystals are growing on the pristine snowflake according to its structure for long years. From the very moment when they are formed, their eyes are directed to the sky and their pupils are catching the light of stars. The stars burn out the black dots on the bottom of Etelia's eyes, creating the dead zones that can't perceive the light anymore. Etelias are roaming for thousands of years in the thin atmosphere of the ice desert. The little blind spots in their visual field don't trouble them just like our own blind spot don't trouble us. They don't remember where they came from. But when the breeding season comes, Etelia starts to wander looking in the sky. When the light of the last star dies for her, she knows that she has returned to the place where she was born. She came there to sow the ice fields of Black Antarctica with her own body... again.

• Find a Pristine Snowflake on the Tundra level 10 and deeper, in the coldest areas of Europa. It's a big luck to find it, and it can happen only once for each Beastlord.
• Activate your Pristine Snowflake to make it grow.  It's not easy to reproduce the conditions where Etelia grows naturally. You will need a Lykos with Ice Breath and Ice Aura, 3 units of Liquid Deviance, 100 units of Pure Snow and 20 units of Crystalline Ice.
  • Click the item in your Warehouse and select "Activate" option to get to the activation page
  • The life of Ice Lykos will be dedicated to maintain the right environment for Etelia. You will irreversibly lose your Lykos when activating a Pristine Snowflake.
  • Pure Snow can be collected on the fields of Tundra in Explore
  • Crystalline Ice can be collected from wild Etelias in Tundra level 8 and deeper
• Etelia is born as a baby pet and will be growing 1 year (3 real life days) to form the adult body.
• Etelia can explore only Tundra biotope due to the harsh environment of the tropical Europa climate. However, she can participate in Arena and Battlefield battles as usual.
• When Etelia reaches the age of 10 years (30 days), she starts to search the island where she was born in order to breed. There's a small chance that every island that she enters will be her birthplace. Moving deeper doesn't count here, birthplace can be found only by entering the island through the portal in your manor. On this island you can allow your Etelia to breed. If you choose to breed her, you will lose your initial Etelia and get two new Pristine Snowflakes.
• There are 4 Blue Etelias, 4 Black Etelias and 4 White Etelias. You will get one of them randomly when you activate a Pristine Snowflake.
• Black and White Etelias can be obtained only after breeding your Etelia; you can't get them from the Pristine Snowflake found in Tundra. There is a 30% chance that a Prisitne Snowflake produced by a Blue Etelia will grow into a Black Etelia, and the one from a Black Etelia - into a White Etelia.
• The different structure and color of ice is the result of a parent Etelia living in artificial environment that can't fully reproduce the conditions of her natural habitat. Black and White Etelias are different only with their color, otherwise they are the same with the Blue ones.
• Due to their specifics, Etelias can't use the following items: Change Sex, Rainbow Jar, Ephemerae Coccoons, Yellow Fish Eggs, Neutering Serum.
• Etelia can't be sold.

You notice a mysterious bag near the fireplace in your livingroom. It has become a nice tradition to find that weird sack of gifts in the middle of the winter season. A small postcard is attached to the bag throat:

"Dear Beastlord! I was watching over you for the whole year and decided to reward your deeds with this humble present. Hope you like it!"

All players who has visited their manors during the last month will find a Winter Bag item in their inventory. To claim your gifts, use this item.

Please avoid unfair trades and multiaccounting. All players who have multiple accounts will have their accounts banned.

Heads up, it's cold time again, and the portals to Tundra biotope will open with the start of the New Year. You will get a chance to find wild Lykoses again, and there's also some new high-level content coming to Tundra.

Update: the problem was solved this night. We're extending the even by one full day to cover the time lost. Now the end date is November 11th, 23:59.

Dear players,

We've been experiencing significant lags for the whole last day because of the problems on the side of our hoster. Unfortunately, this is not something that we can fix ourselves. We've contacted the support, and the tech team is currently working on the problem. At this moment we can't tell how much time this will take. A group of Warlocks, Magicians and Druids along with a few ambitious Beastlords have been working on a very special project for the last two cycles. You received an intriguing, though vague invitation to the presentation, promising that the project will catch your interest in any case. You have no idea why they’ve chosen this specific night, but you really hope that they aren’t going to demonstrate an open gateway to hell pouring all kinds of demons and monsters onto your land.

...You enter the presentation site and gasp with awe and fear. Two formidable six-winged four-eyed dragon-like creatures menacingly stare right at you. You have never seen creatures like these before, though you recognize some familiar features in their appearance. The air around them distorts and trembles, forming a strange palpitating haze. You hope that whoever brought these weird creatures here have enough control over them.

You see a familiar female Warlock who is heading towards the center of the site to take the word. She is the one who talked to the community when Council unleashed the Apocalypse Kami two cycles ago. Her face shines with enthusiasm: she got a chance to rehabilitate her reputation.

- Ladies and gentlemen, this day I want to introduce you the result of the collaboration of the best minds of Europa – the Drakes! I see that some of you feel uncomfortable in their presence. Though they look a bit… unsafe, these creatures are stable (Yeah, just like some of your previous experiments), so you can even leave a helpless child near them without any doubt. They are artificial beings fully controllable by their owner. We created them by merging together the genes of our regular Dragons and Cockatrices with the energy of the embodied Kami creatures that visited our moon. Drakes are perfect warriors and protectors, and they will always obey the directions of their owner no matter how boring or unpleasant the task is.

At least now you know what they've did with that Perfect Toxin from the most poisonous Cockatrice on the whole Europa. Knowing Warlocks, it could be worse than just creating a deadly golem.

- We're offering everyone a chance to get their own Drake!

Of course, creating a Drake is a very resource-demanding process. But everything you need to do is to gather the energy that will be used to merge the materials from the three worlds into one creature. Luckily enough, we got a blessing of the Harvest Kami this cycle, so all the harvest you gathered is great to be used as battery cells that can accumulate that special energy. We advise you to use pumpkins – they are big and tough enough to be charged with a considerale amount of energy and to be easily transported without damage. Now you just need to find the source of energy. And to get the double profit for everyone, we suggest to do this by reducing the population of Orthrus dogs that are started appearing on the islands recently. Here's how they look:

Dogs?! Did those demons ascended straight from hell to terror your poor manor? You are sure that these monsters are a direct consequence of another uncontrolled experiment with the other worlds, but you have no proofs.

- Visit our exchange station when you get some pumpkin cells charged! We're also trading some of our exclusive items for that energy.

Explore statistics will be unavailable for the 24-48 hours starting from this midnight (game time, GMT +3).

Due to a recently appeared problem with explore statistics, we need to disable it for one or two days in order to restore the historical data and calculate the correct stats. While the restore process will be running, all explore stats will be displayed as 0. No explore data will be lost including the time when the script will be running. You may continue exploring with your pets as usual.

Due to an oversight, only one of the Throdama twins gets a specialized morph when using Pink Fish Eggs and pheromones at the same time. Fixing this issue requires a lot of time because the whole Throdama breeding mechanism need to be recoded along with all breeding and aging related items. While we're working on a fix, please post the links to your affected twin babies here. We'll be updating their morphs manually when they grow up to make sure that this bug won't harm the event progress.

Update: the bug is fixed. Please post your twin babies here only if you bred them before September 23, 23:40 (Game time which is GMT +3) - these pets still require a manual fix.
