Update: the problem was solved this night. We're extending the even by one full day to cover the time lost. Now the end date is November 11th, 23:59.

Dear players,

We've been experiencing significant lags for the whole last day because of the problems on the side of our hoster. Unfortunately, this is not something that we can fix ourselves. We've contacted the support, and the tech team is currently working on the problem. At this moment we can't tell how much time this will take. We're very sorry about this major issue causing so much inconvenience and making the game hardly playable. The problem is even more critical because of the event running.

The Halloween event end date will be extended by the time that will be required for the hoster's tech team to solve this issue.

Oh, I just thought my internet was breaking. Good to hear...but I hope it is resolved soon!

Oh thank goodness. I was seriously scared that with this amount of lag I woun't stand a chance to get the dragons.

I'm actually relieved hear about an extension if the problem takes too long! I've been having these 'hiccups' in my pets' movement while exploring and I knew they weren't the normal 'old-computer-and-crowded-server' lag. Thank you, Angel!

I'm not having any problems exploring now :) I already have my Drakes but I'll still explore for more pumpkins now this is sorted. 

I really thought it was an issue on my side and at the same time I'm glad it's not... but I hope the problem gets sorted out soon. Glad to hear the event will be extended!

I found that it became easier to explore on my phone. I wouldnt encounter those 1min pauses on the island I sometimes got when trying to move.

Not for me.   I just spent half an hour trying to clear an island, and I didn't even finish.  :(

I have horrible lagging too, as bad as yesterday.

It cleared up a bit lastnight, but it looks like it may be starting up again this morning for me.

Hmm, as Whraith said, it was better in between, but now it's quite bad again. There are times when reaction time is almost normal, but at other times, loading a pet's page or getting a pet to move on an island, takes a few minutes... Makes exploring slightly tedious :(

same here. though my lag is almost worse than yesterday at some points

Sheesh,how was the problem fixed when the lagging is back ?

I'd say entering and leaving islands is the worst.
