Due to an oversight, only one of the Throdama twins gets a specialized morph when using Pink Fish Eggs and pheromones at the same time. Fixing this issue requires a lot of time because the whole Throdama breeding mechanism need to be recoded along with all breeding and aging related items. While we're working on a fix, please post the links to your affected twin babies here. We'll be updating their morphs manually when they grow up to make sure that this bug won't harm the event progress.

Update: the bug is fixed. Please post your twin babies here only if you bred them before September 23, 23:40 (Game time which is GMT +3) - these pets still require a manual fix.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

oh...i thought that was intentional, i did that awhile back...

and i did one lately too...i'll see if i can find the old one...if i can...

but here:

they are twins:

...and then the old ones...okay this is kind of awkward now...

i used the pheromes and pink fish eggs before and stuff and I thought you intended for them to only have ONE specialized one out of the twins... @_@

^these two was when i first discovered that i apparently can't get two specialized morphs with the pink fish eggs...yeah...awkward, i thought it wasn't a bug or anything so I said nothing and resumed as usual >_>

NightbaneWolf, both are fixed!

Yes, it was working incorrectly from the moment when the Pink Fish Eggs were introduced. We forgot to take morphs into account, and now this turned out to be a major thing from the coding point of view.

I recently bred this pair (there are still a few days until they grow up, though):

I bred these two a while ago, they still have a ways to grow up though.

Was hesitant to post, until I realized they don't receive the morph until after they grow up, correct?  Thought I had done something wrong :)

hashbrownie, Symurghs don't have morphs, so they can't be affected by the bug. This thread is for Throdamas only.

I have 2 sets of twins who will need to have their buggy one manually changed. The second one listed in each pair will be the one affected by the bug.

  1.  http://beastkeeper.com/pet/675399
     http://beastkeeper.com/pet/675419

  2.  http://beastkeeper.com/pet/675578

The third set both have their pheromones showing since the bug has been fixed; I'm glad to see it was corrected in such a timely manner!

Sylviianel, thank you! I'll fix them as soon as they get adult.
