Does a unicorn have to have a horse face? I was thinking of using an owl's head (with a horn of course and no beak) but would'nt think that would be accepted. So I made a quick sketch of an owl face with a horse snout to get a feel of what it would look like and uh...it looks too creepy. Fairly unsettling...

Monues, without beak it looks totally fine for a unicorn. Beak is the borderline where a horse turns into a hippogriff.

Are we allowed to say make the Symurgh have a deer head with deer front hooves instead of paws and canine face? Not sure what the policy for "species" changes is.

Khaos, sorry, no. It has to be canine. The creature that you described is called Peryton. We don't have any similar creatures yet.

YEah that's why I wanted to make one. I love Perytons! Is okay though! 

Sorry for asking so many questions. I'm new and I coudln't find a guide to what you can and can't edit on the bases. 

Are we allowed to pose change? Say lifting a leg or have the base laying down or sitting?

Khaos, you can even create your own custom base with any pose, not only change the pose of the official base :) The only limit is that it must be a recognizable species. 

Awesome. I"m better at pose changing bases than creating bases for the momet. 

Am I making this line art wrong? Or am I coloring it wrong? I looked at the rules and mistakes, but couldn't figure it out.

Sakreeno, sorry, but your skins depict a wyvern, not a dragon. We still have the rule about the recognizable species, so a set number of limbs is required. Wyverns have only two legs while our dragons have four.

I have a skin here that I've made for a player on Beastkeeper and it's not getting accepted. Why?

Sakreeno, please check your skin on dark background. It has transparency problems. Also in case of simple one-colored skins consider using environmental lighting, reflections and different color tints for more natural look. At this moment the skin looks very simplistic.

Take the black normal Lykos skin. I can faintly see some yellows, maybe reds.
