I'm having a bit of trouble resizing my image into 350x350 pixels and having it not turn out extremely pixilated, are there any programs/methods that work well?

Sorry for responding so late, yes I have and it still turned out pixelated. I think the canvas size I started with might have just been too large to be able to resize.

Yeah, I commissioned someone to make a custom skin, and it's been pending for almost 2 months now...

Are we allowed to add extra limbs, so long as it stays noticeable as the same species? Like an extra pair of legs or something? Like a mutation and such. Not just for the fun of it, but like irl mutations
