Sorry, I'm not quite sure where to ask this question so please lmk if there's a better place for it!
I'm having a bit of trouble resizing my image into 350x350 pixels and having it not turn out extremely pixilated, are there any programs/methods that work well?

Have you tried the Scale function in Gimp?

Sorry for responding so late, yes I have and it still turned out pixelated. I think the canvas size I started with might have just been too large to be able to resize.
