Well, this just delays my plans of creating a squad. Anyone have suggestions on which combination of pets I should use?

Try to get a Roc with Massive wings and Electric Strike. So good to have. And a Gp3 beast with both leaderships and some other sort of attack, like Fire strike or Acid Spit. Then two beasts with four-point attacks and possibly regen and/or counterstrike.

That's the type of squad I've had most success with.

I need an Energy Drink to buy wood to construct the Embassy, so I go out to an island with Elsie. Nothing. Another pet. Nothing. Four more pets. Nothing. My Cockatrice finally defeats a temple guardian, and yay! Energy Drink.

Except my inventory is full. Then I clear some stuff out and go back to the temple.

I'm trying to breed for quest-desired pets, right now, it's a Symurgh with Fragrance. There are no Symurghs with Fragrance on the auction house, and none of my Symurgh stock has even a semblance of that gene in their genomes.

I'm also out of breeding stock for my Acid Spit cockatrice project, because all of my cockatrices with Acid Spit are cousins. Oops.

That feel when you buy a good mate for one of your beasts to breed with and realize they are both the same gender. And you have no Change Sex scrolls. This happens to me more often than it should.

I was exploring and I went to a building selling something i didn't want and I accidentaly pressed yes and lost a lot of money! Arghhh

I decided to be stupid and use Mutagen on a deviant pet, since she the absolute WORST genes and I hoped to make them better.

She ended up losing her deviance and the one non-red stat she had was now red as well.

And I've also used up all my Mutagen.

Oh dear.  I've heared about LOTS of mutagen fails, this one is probably the worst.  anyways, I'm really afraid to ever use mutagen
