(Was Frost that left or the elder?)

Goldenscale followed after him, not wanting to be left alone in this unfamiliar place.

frost and goldenscale get outside and they go into frost's true home. when they get into the cavern. the warmth inside greets them.

Goldenscale smiled and embraces the warmth.  She hadn't felt warmth for quite some time because it was winter, but now she basked in it.  

"Did you get what you were looking for," Mayumi asked when Frost got inside, "The council must be getting real paranoid with me being gone for this long." "Who might this be," she asked seeing Goldenscale," I don't believe I've seen her around before."

She his behind Frost when she heard another dragon speak.  This was more dragons than she has seen in her life, and she was becoming more shy than usual.

"Yeah i got some spices and this darling little girl here is goldenscale. I'm going to take her under my wings," Frost said going and starting to cook the fish up, " and to your previous statment yes they are wondering."

Goldenscale brought her head down when she felt her cheeks heat up with embarrasment.  She had never been called darling before... it felt nice.  She then looked up again and waved hello.

"well foods ready," he places the cooked fish down.

Goldenscale stayed where she was.  She didn't feel hungry at the moment because she at a couple days ago.  Because of her leg, she didn't catch a lot of food so she had to go without it for several days at a time.  Eventually she got used to it, so it didn't bother her. She just curled up on the ground and enjoyed the warmth.

"Better you than the council. They already have enough people under their control," Mayumi said laying her head down by the fire, "I came out here to relax and get away from them for a while. I've got enough ingredients stored away to supply the whole cave with medicine and first aid for the rest of winter, so I'm in no hurry to get back. There is a sense of peace here that not even the hotsprings has."

Frost eats one slowly, "Well you two are the only two that know of this place besides me." he looks for a book and opens it up.

Goldenscale saw that Frost had opened something and she was curious as to what it was, so she walked over to him.  She sat beside him and looked at the page, trying to decipher what was on it.

"haha curious are you? This book i actually got from a human scholar. It took me years before i could understand what their books said. But i could help you translate it." he says with a smile.
