"So long as your aura doesn't send off any hostile pulses to them, they will see you as a friendly being," she said, watching as each hatchlingsniffed at the berries before starting to eat, "By instinct, they will identify nature spirits as friendly until proven otherwise."

⚪Well that's wonderful.⚪ she said.  Goldenscale continued to watch the hatchling, mesmerized by them.

"I'm glad they're healthy, I can't sense anything out of the ordinary with them. They will grow to be strong, but for now they are young and have much to learn," she said, catching Frost as she slipped from her pillow and placing her back on top, "I'd best enjoy the peace while i can. Once they learn to walk, I'll be al over the placetrying to keep them from getting into stuff they shouldn't and keeping them out of harm's way."

Being the first one finished, Falinx gave a wide yawn befor curling up and falling asleep.

"If only I could be there to help you..." she chuckled.

"I'm sure your enforcers will do their best to fill in for your absence. Tieral will probably  stick around to help he can basically call these hatchlings family," she said with a smile, "With Tieral's help, I'll manage just fine. All I'll need him for is to watch over the hatchlings when I go out to gather supplies."

Climbing down from her pillow, Frost crawled over to Goldenscale where she curled up and fell asleep.

Goldenscale smiled wide and put her head down to gently nuzzle the little one. She then put her head next to her.

"It seems Frost has already become quite fond of you. She also seems to be a bit adventurous. No matter, that is good sign of a strong will. She'll probably be as stubborn as you,"she smiled.

Frost let out a surprised squeek when she felt Goldenscale nuzzled her befor settling back down to sleep.

"Don't feel bad, you're leaving for very good reasons. You'll also be coming back at the end of your journey," Mayumi said, nodding to Tieral when he ener the shop, "Besides, you stil have tomorrow to spend time with them. They wont be opening their eyes till tomorrow anyways."

"This explains why you were in such a hurry," Tieral said with a chuckle, "They are adorable.Have they been given names yet?"

"I've already gathered up most of the supplies we'll need. The last few thing need to be gathered the morning we leave so that they'll last us longer," Ahnah said, fallowing Tieral in with Ece, "If need be, you can tell me what items you specifically need, and I'll gather them for you while you spend time with family. Even you need some time for yourself every once in a while."

(I was thingking of creating a whole new thread and retire this one as a lot can happen in a year. I'll let you decide what is important to mention.)

"I have that covered for you then," Mayumi said, stepping back into the room with several potions, "These should cover any medical needs you have as far as illness and inffections go. I have several herbs you can take to deal with cuts and gashes. Seeing as my main sorce of business is medical supplies and treatments, I have plenty of bandage material you can take as well."

"Um.. wow," Ahnah said, blinking and trying to figure out how Mayumi worked so quickly, "No wonder they say you're an alchemy master. Unless you already had those made, you had those made in the time it took us to comment on  our plans."

"I already had these made, but there will be a few I will make tomorrow while Goldenscale is visiting. These are just the basic ones any traveler would make good use of," Mayumi sasid with a laugh, "Being a master of alchemy does not mean I can just skip over the steps to make the potions, it just means I know exactlly what I'm doing."

(I meant that we make a thread for the journey. It would allow us to flesh out details of what happened during that year.)

"Something could go very wrong if I skipped steps. Some of these potions can be quite fatal if everything isn't fallowed to the letter. Some use poisoness ingredients that must be propperly proccessed to be rendered helpful," Mayumi said, putting the potions into a leather bag and handing it to Goldenscale, "I have to be very careful with these ingredients. I'll be moving them to places the hatchling wont be able to reach without my help."
