"Hmmm is there a way we could?" Frost asks looking for any ideas.

"There is, but it would dig into the rights of the public, or take years to complete. One is to require the public to report everything with no acceptions. The other would require us to go door to door and gather up all unreported information there is out there," he said, "Even though there are thirteen of us, counting Goldenscale and yourself, it would still take up at least a year to gather everything."

"Well, I can help you to get more food with out buying anything.  I know trees in the forest that give fruit all year round and I know places where there is great fish.  I may even be able to get some other meat for you." she said as she walked up to the building.

"Then years it is then. We won't make the public lose their rights. But we can give them a chance to speak. If they wish for privacy then we shall let them have it. Now why is it regulated? Resources that is?"

Just under the only window, the building had, two graves market with two very weathered toys stood. "Right here will be fine," she said, moving away from Goldenscale only to collapse just in front of the graves where she started crying  more steadily, "Please do what you can. I sdon't want to loose Hanna. She's all we have left."

"The resources are regulatedto prevent the greedy from taking too much, and the ill from taking too little. In recent years, the only resources that have needed the regulation would be the food and rations" he said, nodding in agreement with Frost's plan, "So, when are we going to start gathering the information?"

"Ok, bye" I said and looked at the angels, I walked out of the door and to Frost's house and knocked "I'm here for training"

"Frost is with the council right now. You might try looking for him at the council building," Mayumi said, opening the door.

"Ok, thank you" I said, "how are you?"

"I'm fine. A little tired, but that can be blamed on hormone changes," she said, letting out a yawn, "So, was the smith able to help you?"

"After the festival but I want the woman and her family to receive some food now. That's a shame we didn't see her and her family like they are til now"

"One of the workers will look for her family while we get the food and resources ready for delivery," the council member said, walking over to the record cart and taking a stack of folders along with the rest of the council members, "Once we get the addres, we can send the food sent right away."

"Take the food in to my husband. He'll get everything put away," the woman said, curled around the weathered doll and plastic hammer that surved as grave markers, "I'll join him in a minute. I just want to stay right here for now."

"Food? Someone has actually brought food for us," a voice called form the back of the dark room. Limping forward into the light from the windows was a black dragon. His right wing and left foreleg were both  missing. "With this, we can finally have a decent meal. It's been years," he said, looking at the bags of food, "Who are you? You are our savior."
