"No time, you can move faster than I can," she said, moving over to the alchemy station and quickly making up a potion that would work. After a few moments, she finished the potion and handed it to Goldenscal, still warm. "Now go, you only have about five minutes before they're beyond help."

Goldenscale bolted out the door again, running at her top speed.  She then crashed into the wall that surrounded Mayumi's shop door.  She then went inside and went over to the person.  She then slowly pouring in the liquid, giving her email amounts of the potion at a time until it was all gone.  She then sat and waited.

After a few minutes of no reaction, the woman coughed, her eyes opening only slightly. "Am I stil alive," she asked, her voice low and hard to hear, "Is this the great beyond, or am I to suffer?"

"You are still alive." she said, not knowing what she meant when she said she was to suffer.

"Then I am spared. Thank you," she said, trying to get up, but only falling back down with tears running down her face, "It is all for nothing though. My family can't keep living like this. We hardly have enough to eat, and that's with me giving up my portion so my daughter and husband would have enough to survive. They're doomed if nothing is done."

"I'll get you home and then I'm going to go get so ethingas for you." she said, helping the woman up and supporting her.

"Thank you again, but why help me? My health is failing, and I'll only be a burden to the rest of my family," she said, leaning heavily on Golenscale, "I don't want to be any more trouble for my family than I alread am. My husband may be disabled, but he's still capable of raising our daighter."

"I want a meeting now to talk about this." Frost moves inside quickly and his enforcers followed.

"You heard him. We have been called to court," a council member said, pushing the ones that had yet to move inside. After a couple minutes, all the council members were in their positions around the room, leaving the Head's spot open for Frost.

"I always help those in need.  And things will get better.  You just have to stay optimistic." she said to the woman as she began to walk out of the building.  "Where do you live?" she asked.

"I live a few block east of the fishery. I can point you there from the fishery itself," she said, trying her best to keep pace with Goldenscale, "I should have worked harder while I had a job, then maybe we'd be better off. I should have keept working."

"Life is unpredictable.  You couldn't have possibly known that this was going to happen." she said.  She then got to the fishery.  "Now wjere do I go..." she asked.

"Just fallow the ragged path, we live in one of the neglected buildings since we can't afford to live anywhere else," she said, pointing to the path that branched off the main road, "I chose to stay home the week my husband lost his wing and arm. When I returned to work, they informed me that I had been replaced, that I was no longer needed. Without an income, things just when downhill from there. We lost two of our children to hunger, even with us giving parts of our own share to them. I don't think I can handle loosing our last remaining child."

Frost takes his place. "Alright show me the loop holes in this." He looks to find the ones with the answers.

"We've never been able to pin down exactly where the loop wholes are. We need to know the whole story of the who are suffering so that we might find where the system cuts them short. Since none of them have come in to tell us, by request or not, we can't get an idea where the loops are," one of the members said, waving a worker in pushing a cart  with the records to the whole population of the cave, "These are the records we have. We can't help if something isn't reported to us as that is partly the public's job as well as ours. What they don't report, we cant record."
