He took a deep breath and began to hold it to show he was ready.

Bringing her hands over the section she needed removed, the spell started pulling at the ink. Ricken's skin began to bleed where the ink was escaping, causing his skin to feel like it was being torn off his body. After a few moments, the tattoo was was whittled down to just the bear outline and a few details here and there. "Ok, now to heal the skin. Can't risk infection now," Meden said, switching to a minor healing spell to close up and mend any damage done to Rickens skin.

"What was her question?" Frost asks looking at them.

"She's askingwhat your view is on the way resources are handled, and what you will do to change them if you decide to," one of the council said sliding a notepad with several of the crowds question writtend on the open page, with the current question circled.

He slowly let out his breath as she worked, feeling the sensation of his skin being torn off.  He took another deep breath and let it out slowly.

As Meden's spell faded, Ricken's skin  was left without a mark. "Concidering the nature of the old tattoo, how about we redesign it to fit more with the enforcer's creed? I can do it in rune if you'd like. You seem the type to be in with the enforcers," she said, preping the tattoo needle.

"Since that's what I plan on becoming, that would be a great idea." he said.

"Alright then, lets get started. Just relax," she said, picking the first ink color and starting in on the runes.

Ricken sat in the chair and stared at the wall.

After an hour of work, Meden backed away from Ricken, his tattoo transformed into a mural themed off the enforcers, and their motto written in rune around the edges. "There, how do you like it," she asked, holding up a mirror so Ricken could see her work more easily.

"Wow, that's amazing." he said in amazement.  "Thank you." he said with a smile.  Goldenscale got up.  "Alright.  What's the price?" she asked.  

"With it being festival season, I wont charge him anything. He'll be a good piece of advertisement with a nice piece like that. I only ask that you tell them who did the work," she said, putting the mirror away, "I've been needing to get something out there to display my work anyways. All I have to display publically is this building which also serves as my home."

"Can some one fill me in as in how they are distrputed?"

"Wow.  It 'tis nice." she commented.  "Thank you Meden.  We should be leaving.  I have to get him to the enforcer academy." she said with a smile.

"Resources are distributed to individuals at the start of each week. The amount they recieve is perportionate to the size of the family, income, and distance from any of the resource ceters. Those who are closer to a resource center recieve less of whatever the resource produced there is due to the price being much lower from the source than from the market. Those with higher income recive les resources pverall because they can afford to get them at the market. Those with large families recieve more resources depending on how large the family is," the member whispered.

"It's been nice to finally meet you Goldenscale. I hope to see you come in some time for a piece," Meden said, helping Ricken out of the chair, "I wish the best of luck to you at the enforcer academy."
