"Good luck with becoming an enforcer," he said with a bow of his own, before turning to the other council members who were taking note of the questions going through what was left of the crowd.

Ricken smiled and left with Goldenscale.  They both went to Meden's shop.  "Meden, you here?" Goldenscale asked.

"Yes, who calls for me? I'm always here, working on my next piece of art," Meden said, sticking her tail out one of the many doors that covered the back wall, "If you'll be so kind as to close the door behind you and keep quiet for a minute, I'll be with you in a moment."

Goldenscale and Ricken came in and closed the door.  They then sat in the chairs and waited.

After a few minute, Mede walked out covered in splotches of paint, some dry and some still wet. "Ok, how can I help you two. Let me guess, the bronze fellow wants something done about his rather unsightly tatoo, and you wish to have something made  for yourself of someone else? Correct me if I'm wrong," she said, taking a paint stained towel and wiping off the wet paint.

"Just the tattoo please, ma'am." Ricken said.

"Well, what do you want done with it? I can attempt to make it look better, or I can remove it outright," she said, nodding, "Be warned, removing a tatoo is very painful."

"I'd rather if you tried to make it look better." he said.

"Very well, any suggestion before i get my equipment," she asked, rumaging through her pouch for a key, "adding colors and extra designs are a good option."

"Surprise me." he said.

"Very well, anthing you want me to avoid doing," she asked, finding the key she needed and unlocking the cabinet with the tatooing equipment.

"No.  I just want this tattoo covered.  It stands for something horrible and I am not a part of anymore." he said with a frown.

"From the design, it would do to have several sections removed. It's overdetailed, and has litle room to work with," she said after setting the equipment up. Wrapping her tail around a metal rod attached to the needle, she let out a shock to power the device, "Sit down here in this chair and we can get started."

"Do what you need to do make it work." he said as he sat in the chair.

"Ok, first I'm going to need to remove the details that are unneeded. As I said before, this will hurt quite a bit. The magic I use to remove the ink tears it out of its place. It's the only way i have of reliably removing the ink in place. Now, hold your breath or whatever you feel needed to keep yourself calm while I remove the ink," she said, prepairing a spell.
