"I probably will before I leave.  What artworks do you make?" she asked.  

"Thanks.  I'll probably need it if I am to become one of Goldenscale's enforcers." he said.

"I have worked with every art medium there is. Anything from chalk to food, I attempt anything you wawnt me to," she said,pointing over to a wall covered in different styles and mediums of art, "All you have to do is describe what you want done. The only medium i wont work with it smithing. I've tried my hand at the hammed, and it's just not my thing. We have a good smith for that kind of thing anyways."

"Could you paint a picture of the sunrise then?" she asked.

"That's an easy concept to do, so I don't see why not. Do you have a specific medium or setting in mind, perhaps both," she asked.

"Seeing as I have a large stock of acrylic paint right now and the concept is simple, how does twenty bronze or ten silver sound," she asked, counting out the cost using an abacus, "I prefer to finish the piece before getting paid. I wont start work until a price is agreed upon though."

"Alright, I should have it done by lunch time," she said as she started putting away the tattoo equipment, "Hold onto your money for now.  As I said before, I prefer to be paid after the work is done."

"Then why is she starving?" Frost asks looking at the thin woman.

"Ok, thank you" I say and look at the flaming white angels "can they do magic?" I ask but don't wait for an answer "where can I find these teachers?"

"For the pyromage, this fine lady who brought you the dark crystal will do just fine. As for Frost, he's the Head of Council. You'll more than likely find him at his home or at the councnil building," the smith said, looking over the'angels', "These things might be able to use magic. It's hard to say without seeing it happen."

"There could be all sorts of reasons, but the most likely one would be that her family is recieving too little food resources do to how close they live to the fishery. Under the 'right' cercumstances, this can happen due to bad loopholes in the system," the council member said, waving an enforcer over to help the lady stand, "We haven't done anything about it since there are only a few that fall through like her family has. So few that there's only one or two cases counting this woman. You have the power to bring anything up for discusion with your position. If you wish todo something to fill in these loophole, all you have to do is say so."

"Alright.  I shall be back then.  Thank you." she said as both dragons went out the door and started walking to the enforcer academy.

"Ricken? is that you," the guard at the academy door asked when they got withing sight, "I can't believe it, you're back."

"I am back, thankfully." he said as he walked in.  "Do I have to retake everything?" he asked.  Goldenscale stood in the back, watching them talk.

"You disappeared on the day we were supposed to recieve our badges for passing. Clair and I refused to take our badges so long as there was a chance you could still be out there. Your records are held with ours in the instructor's office waiting for your return," he said, unlocking the door, "Clair and I have been taking turns watching for you. You might have to prove who you are, but that shouldn't be too hard."
