"I don't know anymore..." she said quietly before curling up around her flower.

"I was not always the Chapter of Soul. I was once like you, a being lost to purpose and origin. I was as close to immortal as one could be without being immortal. I did not gain my strength and immortality till I was exposed to a crystal known as the Fatis Mirajin which made me and two others into the thre capters. We can not be killed, not even by eachother or ourselves. Some say I have gone mad in my attampts to release my soul.""

"But I am not something needed here!  I can't die no matter how many ways I try, I can use stringer magic than any other ,living creatures on this planet," she said, putting a claw to her skin and making a gash that went down town her bone, "I can't even feel pain, no matter how many gashes I have or deep it is.  Why am Iso important to a world I don't belong to." she said covering herself in her wings.

"You are most likely a peace keeper species. A species completely dedicated to helping those around it with no concern for itself," it said morphing into Kelan, "If this is the case, only the powers that be can take you from this world."

Goldenscale sighed and put her hands up to her eyes.  "But I can't do this..." she said quietly.

"You can. Just keep those who love and care for you in mind and you will always be were you belong," he said taking a hand from Goldenscale's face, "Take this advice and use it while you can. One day, they will no longer be with you. Don't do like I did, and ignore them at every possible chance."

"What do you mean they will no longer be with me?!" she asked in worry and surprise.

"One day, they will die should they not find a way to live beyond their years. A painful piece of nature that few can avoid. Make the best of the time they have, and cherish every moment. Once they're gone, all you'll have is you memories," he said walking over and leaning against the wall before he slid down to a sitting position, "I learned this the hard way. All I have left is my son who was gifted immortality at birth. We watched everyone we knew die one by one. Now we only have eachother."

Goldenscale gasped, covering her mouth with her hands as her eyes welled up with tears.  "I can't be immortal...  No." she said as she burst into tears.  She immediately tried to pull up her previous moonflower to try and break the bond she had with nature.  Every living plant screamed in protest, but she was blinded by her sorrow.

"You aren't immortal. Just very hard to kill. Only the Fatis Mirajin could grant you immotality in your current state. " he said placing a field around the flower forcing Goldenscale's hands away from it, "I can already tell you that you will have a much longer life than anyone in that colony of dragons.  I gave you that advice because of this. You'll live long enough for everyone but Alekai to fade. Be happy that you're not immortal though. One day you will join them in eternal resst."

She continued to try and get at her flower, no matter how hard it was to get to it.  "I could never do that.  I won't die after Tieral, I would rather die with him!" she said, shoving her hands into the force-field to grasp her flower.

"Do you want to leave him now," he asked making the force field thiccker, "Destroying that flower will destroy you. If you want him to live alongside you for the rest of your life, you will find a way to extend his life. Trust me there are ways, but each planet has a different way of doing so."

She stopped trying to destroy her flower, but she got up and began to destroy walls of rock instead, tears streaming.  "Why does this d***ed world torment me!" she screamed, breaking each wall but replacing it with another and repeating the process.

"It is not the world that torments you. You torment yourself with the bad thoughts that bring this rage. Think not with your head, think with your heart and you'll find there's more good than bad in all this," he said walking over to Goldenscale, "The world is as it is because of an eternal balance it must keep. You would not be if the world's balance was not in need of you.  Sometimes, one's only purpose in life is to keep balance. Your soul holds a higherpurpose than those around you."

"But how does it benefit me?  I try so hard to achieve something, yet I loose it at the same time.  Is the only thing that matters is me keeping peace and not reaching my goals, or am I just a phantom that isn't supposed to have feelings when fulfilling the will of nature?" she asked.  "Do I get a say in how I want to live!?" she yelled angrily.
