So i might not be understanding this, but does this mean i cant use things like Paint.net and Paint Tool Sai? or is it like i cant use, for example, your (angel) custom skin and edit a few colors and call it my own? and if i got this All wrong can you explain this? Thanks!

Angel means 3rd party brushes.  Any normal drawing tool is fine (pen, pencil, blur, erase).  You also cannot use the textures from another person's skin.

Hi, I posted a skin to try it out and was wondering how long it takes to get approved or denied? One skin I made got denied within a day but my two others have been "pending" for over 20 days. Is this a problem at all or does the process just take a while?

barrettisanerd, I'm very sorry for the delay, the problem is on our side. I was away for the last two weeks and didn't have a technical capability to check images thoroughly. I'm going through all the pending skins right now. They all will be reviewed in half an hour.

Is this Custom Skin better ?

WIP of what I'm playing around with - now to the question - the added scales on the hindlegs and the scorpio-esque tail - are they ok additions or not?

I'll change the tail to something more lion-like if the scorpio-stinger is a deal breaker. Just thought I'd ask before I continued (also I'm having a ridiculously good time using this as my "doodle project", so thank you!)
