Currently on the weekly charts one of the top 10 pets for arena is in System, which is so much worse than losing a slot to a player who'll get some good from it. Mystery player, you could have had ten gold if you'd waited to portal that pet! (At least, I think that's how it works.) As it is neither of us gets it!

ARGH Battlefield is very frustrating right now. I don't want to call it quits but I think I'm too focused on this, I'm getting too upset when I don't do well.

My one rant - the economy - People charging outlandish fees for basic objects. Who needs 60 stable scrolls for 100 pieces of wood? Where is the logic in this? I wondered years ago why I dropped this game and it's because of the lack of balance. There is no balance that makes logical sense.
Players need to start being reasonable because it feels like this game has all but been abandoned - and likely because it has. I'd love to see it flourish, but players need to make that happen. I remember playing years ago, back in 2015 and hoping to make this a permanent game. That lasted all of maybe a few months.
I come back once in a while, but at this point, the economy seems all but - dare I say - dead?

Yeah, the game is pretty dead, unfortunately.
The issue with weird trades is that players use the market as storage. Hence 1000 vermillion for 1000 yellow fish eggs. Tidy way to store vermillion until you need it.

wanted to come back and make some more apparel or backgrounds, and made a Lykos armor. That was almost a month ago, I'm sure the admins are quite busy and can't afford to be checking in the game every single day for approving apparel and skins, but it's just kind of unfortunate I wanted to start making apparel again but it just won't be accepted for a long time.
