L: Birthing Place

C: Char

Char growled at Sugar. “We need to move her,” he barked quickly. “Maybe we could slide something under her and gently lift and carry her, but whatever we do, we have to do it quickly.”

L-birthing place

c- Ash and Sugar

Ash crouched down and slowly eased her onto his shoulders. He panted. "I may be big, but she weighs a lot!"

Sugar quickly supported her backside and turned to Honey. "Help us bring her back to camp then come back to get the water" she demanded.

L: To Camp

C: Honey and Char

Honey nodded and ducked under Lady and between Sugar and Ash.

Char watched, not wanting to help in case he was too weak.

L- to camp

c- Sugar and Ash

Sugar and Ash started towards camp, going slowly as to not have Lady roll off.

Ooc: I think we might have to wait for Nightstar.

Ooc- yeah

Ooc: Sorry! I think my time zone and yours are different so.....

L: to camp

C: Lady and Despair

Lady felt herself being lifted, then she scented Ash underneath her. "Where...are we..........going......?" She panted, looked at Sugar through rhumy eyes. She felt blood drip down her tail and onto the ground.

Despair looked desperately at Lady on Sugar and Ash's back. She wanted to do something, but everyone had already gotten everything covered. She growled and paced besides the slow-moving group.  Suddenly, a wave of darkness hit her. "They're coming!" She gasped. 

L - Camp

C - Greta

Greta jumped up when she heard noises coming from the direction of the others. "Teri!" she barked. "Take my place! I have to see if I can help!" Greta bounded through the trees as fast as she could, and arrived at the place the others had stopped. She looked at Lady and gasped. "How can I help?" she asked.

L: To cmap

C: Despair

"Something evil is coming and we don't know what to do with Lady!" She barked. Then her voice softened. "Thanks for guarding the camp while we were gone." she murmured. Then her head whipped around and her fur bristled. "Give her to me!" She screeched to Sugar and Ash.

L - To Camp

C - Greta

"Maybe I can help! My powers... I could probably help move her to camp if we need to," said Greta, hoping beyond hope that they could all get to safety before whatever was coming got to them.

L- To camp

C- Sugar and Ash

Ash looked up. "Can you move living things or only inanimate things?" he asked.

Sugar growled and let Lady gently slide off her back onto the soft grass. Ash also let her drop. He then shook out his fur and whipped around. 

"We have to get to camp NOW!" he snarled. Sugar nodded. Suddenly, loud howls ripped through the air.

She looked up and barked. Suddenly, large gray clouds replaced the blue sky. Thunder crashed and echoed throughout the forest. She turned her head towards where the howls came from. In a flash, a large beam of lightning crashed down and the howls cut off. "I didnt kill them. I just scared them" she said to them. She then turned apologetically towards Honey. "A few flowers may have been spared though" she said.  

L - To Camp

C - Greta

"I can try," said Greta. She stared hard at Lady, and, slowly, the other dog's body was lifted into the air. "Next stop, camp. Right?" She looked at the others, not exactly sure who was in charge or to whom she should address the question to.

L: to camp

C: Despair

"Yes!" She barked. She was so agitated that black tendrils of darkness snaked out of her fur and intk the air. Despaif took a deep breath and wrapped the tendrils around Lady. "I'll help. But hurry!"

L- to camp

c- Ash and Sugar

Sugar and Ash sprinted into the camp. "Teri get ready! With your power, you can help if somebody gets hurt during this!" 

They dove into the mothers den and spread out the soft moss. Suddenly, Sugar looked up. "Ash, stay and prepare."

She then sprinted back to the group. "Bring her to the mothers den" she demanded. "And Honey, go get that water!"

L - To Camp

C - Greta and Teri

Greta ran as fast as she could while still keeping her concentration on Lady. Teri jumped up when he saw her coming and quickly let her pass. Greta stopped directly in front of the Mother's den and gently laid Lady down on the soft moss. "What should I do now?" she asked.
