Simple. One person posts a question. The next person posts their answer to the person above them, then asks their own question.

Example:

Person One: Have you ever stayed up until 4 AM?

Person Two: Yes. Have you ever kissed an animal?

Person One: No. Have you ever...

You get the idea. So let's start!

Have you ever had a laughing spaz about something you're reading/listening to and everyone looks at you like you're crazy?
