On the bird one, they could be used to carry materials and as a ride to scout the area, so that's understandable.
AS for the artist, they could be drawing it, so no worries there; the one you have to look out for are the sculptors wanting Cockatrices with Petrifying Gazes XD

I guess:
Agrarian is looking for a tough (99) Symurgh with Fragrance to restore the fertility of the fields -- From my understanding, it's used to attract insects: Fragance for the smell, and tough so it doesn't get hurt as easily.
Though:
