"Yes.  And I have not one weapon on my person." she said with a smile.  She then went to the door and held it for Ahnah.  If things went badly, she could use her magic to make something go wrong.

"I'll go get Midnight, and we'll meet up with you there," she said, turning to hold the door for Goldenscale in returne, "While they're only expecting you, they should understand Midnight and me being there with you. Being outnumbered is worth bringing backup, to put it like they would."

"Makes sense.  See you soon." she said as she started for the rock.  She walked with a quick pace, not wanting to miss her deadline.

Sting at the rock, all seven beast keepers were standing in a circle, tossing a medium sized stone between each other, sometimes stopping and having the hold step out of the circle.

She smiled and walked up to them.  "Well, hello everyone.  Great morning, don't you agree?" she said happily, leaning on the rock.

"Spring always brings such good weather," one of the keepres said, setting the stone they were tossing on the ground. "I see you've brought a friend and your own dragon. Understandable, the odd are even now should a fight break out," he said upon seeing Ahnah and Midnight, "That brings us to the issue at hand. We've already gotten Tyler's side of the interation, so we're only missing yours."

"I would like to hear what he had told you so that I can either deny what he had said or agreed with, if that wouldn't be a problem." she said with a smile.  Once she knew what that keeper, the one named Tyler, had said, she would explain her bit of the story.

"Tyler here reported that his dragon caught you at the forest's edge where the barrier started. He says you and a fur covered dragon attacked him after a conversation over how to treat his dragon. After being attacked, he says you did something to his dragon that severed all ties he had to it, effectivley killing it. Once all was said and done, he says you then tranformed into a dragon yourself, we're chalking that one up to his lack of sleep lately though, before bringing him to the edge of town transforming back before meeting us at the tower," the keeper said, reading off a notepad the events that had been reported, "If that is suficient enough, we'd like to hear your part."

"That is sufficient enough." she said with a smile.  "I woke up late yesterday night to see glowing orbs launched into the distance.  It kept me from sleep, so I went to investigate.  Once I had reached the outskirts of the forest, a black dragoness came and asked why I was at that location that late at night.  I was born with some magic, and it allows me to speak with these creatures as well as feel their auras.  As I spoke with her, her Keeper came and we held a conversation.  I do not deny that we held a conversation about how to treat his animals.  He said that he shouldn't be concerned about his animals more that feeding and sheltering them, and that agitated me.  I also do not deny the fact that I did free his dragon, but the Keeper tried to get in my way.  The other dragon with me did restrain him to keep him from interupting my work.  I did free the dragon, and she is the very one who stands before you now, the midnight black dragon now known as Midnight.  I then returned him to you.  He must have been traumatized enough to say that I was I had become such a creature, and being as late as it was, he must have been tired." she explained.  She made sure to leave out the part about her being a dragon and did not give out the name of the dragon with her.

"We figured he might have been seeing a few things. As for the orbs, they were more to test the power of the barrier around the forest that to destroy it. Aside from livestock and farms, the forest is our largest supply of herbs and meat. Since the barrier popped up, we've been unable to enter the forest. Midnight as you call her was sent out there to observe the effects of our attacks on the barrier. Our main focus is to get the barrier to open just long enough for someone to get in and out for hunting and foraging," the keeper said, looking over Midnight briefly before returning his gaze to Goldenscale, "From what I can gather, you must be some form of Beastkeeper, since you're able to communicate so well with dragons as well as being able to relieve another keeper's bindings. Tyler here, is our newest member, and we stll have a lot to teach him about taking proper care and giving proper respect for his parteners. I do suppose you are not willing to return Midnight."

"The way she was treated was not well amd she personally asked me to free her from his bindings.  I am not a Beastkeeper, just a friend to them.  I am also a friend to the ones inside the barrier and they let me go in with ease so I can gather herbs with ease.  My guess, since I haven't known about the barrier until now, would be that the barrier is there to rpotect it from attackers.  With this guess, I am going to say that because you are flinging the orbs, you must be thought of as a threat and are being blocked by it.  Have you tried asking for permission to go through the barrier?  You might have much more success that way." she suggested.  She was honestly trying to make it seem like an educated guess based on the information given and the I formation she 'knew'.

"We started with just trying to ask for passage, but there was no responce," he said, "We've preogresively been getting more and more agressive. We're trying to open the barrier without harming the forest within. Better to start with our weakest attemnpts before working up to our strongest. We're willing to try just about anything, so long as we can get the herbs and meat to support the town."

"You're really just going to let her off the hook," Tyler asked, only to be silenced and pushed back in line. "You are more in the wrong than she is. We will discus this more back at the townhall. This lady here is free to go since she was only doing as nature told her," the first keeper said, looking to Tyler, "A promise made, shall always be keept lest one wishes to incure the wrath of forces beyond them. You will be dealt with later." "As for you Ma'am, you are free to go," he said, turning to Goldenscale again.

""If you need help with passage, then I could possibly help you.  Everyone inside the barrier is probably busy with spring preparations or something and couldn't get eough time off to grant you permission in." she said with a shrug.

"Then we should go do that.  But we may need a couple more creatures for transport." she said with a smile.  She then walked over to Midnight and placed a hand on her shoulder.  "Could you fly us there, Midnight?" she asked her softly.
