Goldenscale nodded, her eyes closing as she slowly slipped into the oblivion that was sleep. "That sounds like a good idea. At least the shaman wouldn't have to be bothered all the time for something that everyone knows how to treat...." she said, her voice getting quieter as she spoke. She soon fell into a fitful sleep, her fever making her overheat and sickness making her breathing soft, yet shaky. She had tried to keep herself awake, for as long as she could, but she just couldn't resist its pull any longer.

The wet towel on her forehead had helped her to keep her body at the same temperaturethe entire night, so she just had her fever to take care of. As Ahnah curled around her and placed her head on her back, she gave a soft sigh to acknowledge it. Thankfully Aipoaloovik had put the antiseptic and the bandage of her arm, so she had more energy to expend that morning to heal herself. Ahnah's warm body heat did little to raise Goldenscale's already high, yet somewhat cooler fever because of this new energy to help fight her sickness, so she was able to curl into Ahnah's body unlike the day before.

After a while, Goldenscale gave a soft whimper before stretching her good arm and her eyes fluttered open. She could still feel she had a fever because she was still hot and she was weak, but she was better than yesterday. "Ahnah....? Aipaloovik? What time is it? How long have I been sleeping..." she said, her voice a little hoarse and sounding weak, though she lifted her head to look at the two.

Goldenscale gave a nod to Aipaloovik as he explained the time to her and told her shw should just rest. That would probably be best, just resting. Sickness only made things harder anyways, so she wasn't planning on leaving. She then turned to Ahnah as she spoke. She noticed that Ahnah looked very tired, and maybe still upset. She furrowed her eye ridges in worry at hearing Ahnah's voice. "We need to worry about you too, Ahnah. You need to be able to mourn and do what you need to do. Until you are done here, we won't leave." she said, obviously worried about Ahnah. "I'll support you no matter what, Ahnah. I know you know that. We have a year anyways." she said with a smile, placing her wing over Ahnah's back.

Goldenscale gave a frown and gave a sigh. Struggling a bit, she turned her body and hugged Ahnah with her wings, wanting to comfort her. "It is hard seeing someone you love leave, and I understand that. If only I could help you release all your pain.... Seeing you so upset and in pain makes me the same way. But maybe by the end you will feel content instead, once you complete your tasks." she said, becoming distressed by Ahnah's pain and depression.

Goldenscale gave a ragged sigh. "I don't like seeing you upset though... But if it doesn't help, I'll stop thinking about it... or just sleep more..." she said. She could tell Ahnah was still upset, despite the smile. It was false, and she could see through it. She did yawn though and she closed her eyes, not expecting to fall asleep, but ending up falling into a fitful sleep anyways. At least now she didn't have to worry about Ahnah, as much as she wanted to.
