"I store my extra energy in the crystal as well as the charm you gave me.  What use do humans need for the electricity charge." she said.  "Oh, what kind of show?" she asked Frost.

"From what I can gather from their actions, mostly powering their magic or machinery. Some use the power for good like helping the sick and elderly or saving someone's life, but there are those like Archen that would use the power to take from others," she said before turning to the ice barrier, "This aught to be interesting."

Goldenscale turned her head towards the barrier.

when the lightning struck the barrier made an array of colors. when another one hit the colors and patterns had changed.

"That's beautiful. Who knew a magic ice barrier could do that," she said watching the patternsJust proves beauty can hide in all sorts of places."

Goldenscale smiled and ran up to observe the colors more closely.  "So many shades of colors..." she said with excitement.

"I found out about it one day when i was in a plain. it began to storm and i made a thick barrier to protect myself.

"That's amazing!" she said.

"It's always nice to see something like this. There's just something peaceful about examining the beauty og the world and its wonders,"she said still watching the patterns, "How resistant to firecan you make the barrier?"

Goldenscale smiled as an idea popped in her head.  She went to an empty part of the cave and made a fire-proof ice wall.  She then shot her golden flame at it.  "Are there different colors?" she asked.

"I make the ice extremely dense. If lightning does hit it doesn't penetrate it. I learned that the first time i did it." He looks over at goldenscale. "no but your trying to hard and the ice is to rounded. You need to make it rough looking have it jagged and going in different directions."

"Kind of. Here let me try something," she said walking over to the flame and tossing in a couple of different powders making the flame change colors until it ended up multicolored, "That should do it. How does it look on that side?"

Goldenscale smiled wide, but continued to shoot out her now multicolored fire.  'Wow, how'd you do it, Mayumi?' she mentally asked Mayumi.

Frost watches as he helped make the barrier a little different.

"It's something I learned on accident. I had been cooking something when a little garlic powder got into the flame causing it to change color. After that, I started experimenting with other substances. Sometimes, I would start a fire just to toss some powder in and watch the colors. It was a simple pleasure that would never get dull," she said adding in a red pwder that made the flame change to a bright green, "Sometime, I would just make it a single color like this and think. Having just a single color always seemed to sooth and calm my mind."
