She took another sip.  "I think I'll just stick to nature's drinks.  I'll be glad to help out with the building.  Please don't tell me I can't do anything, please.  I don't like sitting around." she said, bringing out a wood bottle with nectar in it.

"If you insist, you canhelp direct the crew. Since it is your place, you can tell them to make changes as you see fit until construction is complete," he said taking the cup of coffee back. "They'll be ready to start whenever you are, just speak to the crew manager over there by the door," he said pointing over to a dragon sitting by the exit and handing Goldenscale a small slip of paper, "Hand him this paper and he'll gether his crew for the job."

"Alright." she said walking over to the dragon and handing him the paper.

"You ready to get yourself a home built," he said taking the paper and looking it over then looking to Goldenscale, "Lead us to where you want your home, and we'll get started."

Goldenscale walked over to Mayumi's house and pointed above it.  "I want it up there.  If that's alright." she said.

"Great, a challenge. It can be done, but it will take us some time to get the supports placed," he said looking up to where Goldenscale pointed, "What details will we need to know forst before we get started? We need to know some general dimensions so that we have an idea what you want done."

"I want a couple of small rooms, maybe 7' by 7', so that I can have one room just to hold my tools and another for wood carving.  I want these rooms towards the back of my cave.  The rest of the space I want to keep plants and a small pond.  I plan on growing a weeping willow in the center.  The willow will serve as my bed.  I want some light shafts up in the ceiling so that natural light can reach my plants if possible." she said.  "I'll be glad to help build." she added.

"It's a good thing we decided to settle down here for work, the council just keeps giving us challenges. I'm taking it that you want to be able to get outside through you cave," he said jotting down a few details and passingit on to another dragon who informed the rest of the crew, "If you're stong enough to cling to the cieling and have sharp enough claws, you can help us get a spot dug into the cieling so that we have a place to start and rest."

"Got it." she said as she flew up to the spot.  She immediately started digging, her strong arms scooping large amounts of rock every time.  She put every scoop of dirt inside a special bag she had made that would, even though it looked small, hold huge amounts of rock and dirt.  "How big do you need it to be right now?" she asked once she had made a hole large enough for herself in the rock.

"Just big enough for us to get our equipment  up here," he said having dug out a similar spot near Goldenscale, "We'll be working in two teams. One team will work from inside out, and the other will work outside in. Once we get a single tunnel through the wall, we can start working on digging out the rooms." While he was talking, he was digging out he stone between Goldenscale's spot and his.

Goldenscale began to dig out the space around her so that it was large enough for the equipment and the workers.  Once she had a space that big, she started to dig out towards to outside.

"If you want, go ahead and start marking off where you want doorways since this will be the central wall," he said while pulling up materials by rope, "Mark whatever else you think needs to be marked. It never hurts to know where everything is supposed to be."

Goldenscale started digging a line in both direstions, making the room a square.  once she had finished that, she started to dig around her rooms.

After a couple hours, the two teams finished digging the inicial tunnel through the wall."Alright everyone, that wil do for now. Take a break and get some lunch," the crew leader said calling the attention of the two teams ,"We'll meet back here in an hour to start work on building the hanging part of the home."

Goldenscale flew out to her willow tree and added the rock around the base of her trunk. She then flew back to the cave and brought out a stalk of a sunflower.  She then brought out her bottle of nectar and started her lunch.
