"It's alright.  I'll consult the moon tonight.  She knows magic that hasn't been spoken of in centuries.  She might know how to make her better." she said, holding Tinna tightly.

"When we first brought her in to Mayumi, she said it was some sort of cancer," Tinna said looking down, "She said that very little that could cure it, butshe knew none o those ways, only how to stop it from getting worse."

"Well, maybe the Moon knows of a way.  We can hope that she does and believe it will work.  If we hold this to us, it will happen." she said.  "Yes, if anyone would know, it would be the Moon" the willow said.

"I hope she does. Dains and I have been working alone to take care of her, and things have only been getting harder. He still helps, but less often since you talked to us last," Tinna said looking towards the school yard.

"I'd be glad to help you take care of her.  It takes a lot of time to care for someone." she offered.

"You would do that, but aren't you a council member too? Don't they keep you busy like father," Tinna asked looing back up to Goldenscale a glint of hope in her eyes.

"They think so, but not really.  I think it's easy." she said with a smile.  "They just don't know how to juggle their jobs like I can." she said.

"You're also still in the forst week of being a council member. They give new members about a week to get used to how things are done, and to get familiar with the public. After that, you'll be put under the same strees they are," Metraz said carrying a cloth wrapped object and handing it to Goldenscale, "Here, I've brought you something to eat."

"I probably will still be fine.  She took the cloth from Metraz.  "Thanks.  Tinna, you want some?" she asked.  She still had her arms around the child.  "And anyways.  I've felt with how to get stuff done, especially what they assigned me to.  I bet you I could change how they get their work done as well as their work hours so you and your brother can see your father more." she said confidently.

"What kind of food is it," Tinna asked looking over to Metraz.

"It's just some seared cuts of local fish, nothing special," Metraz said giving Tinna a warm smile.

"No thank you then. I don't like fish that much," Tinna said before turning back to Goldenscale, "I hope you can change how the council works. It''s been a long time since we played with Dad."

"You can count on it.  One of the elders think I might take over the council later on, so I'm taking that as a good sign.  I for sure will try to make it so that you can see your father again little one.  Come on, let's get back to the clinic." she said, holding her hand out to Tinna.

Taking Goldenscale's hand, Tinna stood up. "dains already went home, school let out a little while ago," she said before seeing the teacher heading their way. Backinging off, she hid behind Goldenscale.

"It's alright." she said, slowly putting a wing around her.

"How was your little talk with Tinna," the teacher asked stopping in front of Goldenscale, "She need to t home before her parents start to worry about her and Dains."

"I will escort them both home." she said as she started to walk.  "Where is your home, Tinna?" she asked.
