Goldenscale began to purr.  "I'll definitely miss you all..." she said.

"Seeing how late it is, it is their bed time. If you want something to eat before you head home, I have some fruit laid out," she said, bringing her tail around to wrap around the hatchlings, "You're also welcome to stay the night if you wish."

"I should probably go check on Alekai and Ece anyways.  See you in the morning, mom." she said with a smile as she stood back up.

"I will see you in the morning, and they will be waiting for you," she said, gesturing to the hatchlings, "Give Alekai and Ece a kiss for me."

"See you in the morning." she said as she left.

"With a nod, Ahnah fallowed after Goldenscale. "So, what do you think they'll be like when they can finally see," she asked, stretching her wings out for a moment, "Only Kyne can say what they'll be like when they learn to speak."

"Who's Kyne?" she asked, unfamiliar with the name.

"You might call her the spirit of mather nature herself. The clans up north know her as Kyne. She is the giver of life, and the protector of nature. She is the one who created the guardian dragons that protect the remaining heavens of nature," she said, pulling out her bone and showing several markings, "Among all the spirits of nature, she is the strongest. She can see both forward and backwards in time, but will only do so to check one's claims."

"Oh...  Moonlight never said anything about a spirit like that..." she said with a frown.

"From what the legends say, she's been dormant ever since making the guardians several melenia ago when the humas started cutting down the forests. It's probably the main reason that, most druids don't even know of her anymore. Only the clans and tribes that still rely on the old ways remember her," she said, putting the bone away, "No one had made contact with her since then either. The last legend she is mentioned in says that after she made the last guardian, she resigned herself to the pillar of elements to recover, but she was never heard from again."

"So now, we are finding thses stone elements and will return them t the pillars?" she asked, confused.  "Then when she awakens, will Moonlight disappear?"

"I'm not sure if this pillar is the same one Kyne went to. She created the spirits to keep order for her while she watched over the life stream. She will likely leave Moonlight alone," she said.

"Where Moonlight protects nature, Kyne protects the very elements that compase the world we live on. From what I understand, there is a nature spirit for every aspect of nature. One for each element, one for each constant. Kyne is the one who unites them all," she said, using a claw to draw out the connections, "When she returnes, their job will become easier, but they will still be doing the jobs. There is no legend of her return though."

"There always is.  You just have to search deep enough." she said with a yawn.  She then got back up and jumped up to her house, opening the door quietly.
