"No one seems to have seen Talia around in the past few days. Did something happen to her," he asked, sitting down to watch as Larai and Ricken began test Ricken's training, "She was one of the sweetest students here. It would be a shame if she died so soon after leaving the academy."

"She hasn't died.  I wouldn't have allowed it.  She's just...out and about." she said with a smile.

"Surley someone  would have seen her around if that was the case. If she's not dead, what could explain her being unseen for the past few days? It's not like her to keep hidden like that," he said, "She was definitly a unique soul. No matter how great or well matched, she would always turn down the suitors that came to her asking for her hand. No one knows why, but she must be looking for something else than what they had."

"Who knows...  Everyone is unpredictable.  Even I am, even more than everyone here.  Only nature and couple of special spirits know..." she said airily.

"There was something different about her. Something more so than the normal differences between people. One thing was that she only shared a room with Tieral, and another is that her bed always had some kind of thick fur stuck in the fabric," he said, taking notes of Ricken's performance, "She was gem if anything."

"Everyone is different.  I know I am different than any other dragon in the cave.  If you want, I could summon her." she offered.

"If you feel it is needed, but it would be nice to hear from her after being informed she's been missing for some time," he said, placoing a claw on the floor and making the area around Ricken and Larai like a jagged ravien, "It seem Ricken is still very in tune with his training."

She closed her eyes.  'Ahnah, the enforcer instructor would like to speak with you.  Be wary, I have not told him anything about you yet.' she said to her telepathically.  "She should be here momentarily." she told him.

After a feew minutes, Talia arived. "You requested me," she asked, sitting beside Goldenscale.

"It's good to see you're still around," the instructor said, nodding to Talia, "People were saying you disappeared." "Well Goldenscale, it seems Ricken is still prepaired to take the final test," he said, turnig back to Goldenscale.

"Wonderful." she said with a smile.

"Alright you two, that's enough. Come on back to the loby," the instructor called out to Ricken and Larai as the room returned to normal, "I'm sure Clair would like to visit with you now that you're back Ricken."

"Yeah.  Oh, how I missed this place..." he said as he climbed up the ladder.  Goldenscale soon followed him.

"We are an army, we are a family. When all is lost, we will have eachother," Larai said, fallowing behind Ricken and Goldenscale.

"Well, well, look who's finally back," Clair said, meeting them in the main loby, "I was wondering when you'd come back. I was begining to worry about you."

"If it weren't for Goldenscale, I probably wouldn't be here.  The rogues took me and made me one of them against my will, but Goldenscale took me and brought me back." he said to Clair, smiling warmly at Goldenscale.  She looked away and learned against a wall.

"Anyways, It's good to see you back dear," she said, nuzzling into Ricken's neck for a moment, "Don't ever do that to us again."
