Fallowing behind the group of enforcers, the instructor turned and headed for Goldenscale. "So, what can we do for you Ms. Goldenscale," he asked, stopping in front of her, "Are you here to choose your remaining enforcers or is there something else you wish to discus?"

"I just brought Ricken here.  He's set on becoming one f my enforcers, but he never finished his training." she said.

"Well, if it isn't the one who went missing just before the final test. I'm not going to ask where you've been, but it's good to see you back. I hope you've keept your training up, we'll have the final test this afternoon," he said, looking over to Ricken, "Ai and Clair refused to take their test until you returned. Some sort of promise you three made to eachother I guess."

"I heard.  I will be ready.  Just in case, could Goldenscale test me before  the three of us go in?" Ricken asked.

"Sure thing, just let me get the list of skills that she'll need to check," he sasid, stepping into his office for a mokment, returning with a small notebook and handing it to Goldenscale, "OK, this book contains all the names of the skills his course trained him in and their descriptions. You get to decide if he's ready for the final test or not."

"O-ok..." she said.  She was glad for the description because she didn't know what any of the skills.  

"Let's begin then, Goldenscale.  And I bet you'll know a couple if not all once you see them." Ricken said as he climbed down into the room. Goldenscale jumped down the ledge instead.

"If you need to change the obsticles, just focus some magic into the ground and will what you need in. The room is designed with a heavy abundance of neutral magic laced into the stone so you can bring in anything you need," he said, fallowing Goldenscale in as Larai fallowed Ricken, "Larai will help with the skills that require multiple people to perform."

"Wonderful..." she said.  "How do I know when to change the obstacle course?" she asked.

"You decide what you need to test each skill. He should be trained to manage any situation using his magic, be it killing a few annoying flies or defending a hatchling from a rockslide," he said, "An enforcer must be able to defend their charge from whatever seeks to harm it."

"Alright.  Ricken, I'll try my best to see if you are good to take the test.  But you know I have no training here, so I don't know.  "Maybe after I take the rest, I'll train you to know what we do here." Ricken replied.

"For the sake of our community and their well being we will have to do something."

"I'll be watching if you have any questions. Your job in the council puts your enforcers in a unique position. They must be allert at all moments. I'm sure Tieral, Talia, and Metraz have been more a little help," the instructor said, "From the reports, Tieral seems to be with you more than the others."

"We'll put that on the top of the for after the festival," the council member said, "I believe she's still waiting for an answer."

"Miss I'll see to what I can do OK?"

"Thank you, I hope things can be done to help us," she said, leaning against the enforcer, her health starting to fail, "Please do something to save my daughter and husband."

"Oh, yeah...  I don't need help very often since I've always dealt with trouble on my own.  But Tieral follows me and makes sure that I'm safe no matter what." she said with a smile.
