"We are here," Frost says placing his syrups and cone paper for snowcones. Frost sets everything up with a sign. play a game and win a prize. Snowcones worth one copper coin. three cones for two copper. "I left room for you to write what you wanted about your drink." Frost says looking to Mayumi.

"Thank you, but I've got my own sign. It'll just hang down off the front edge," she said, fixing her sign to hang just beow Frost's. The sign read, "drinks: two copper. Win three perfect games and get a drink free." "I think it seems fair that if they win three perfect games, they should get a drink free," she said, placing the drinks beside Frost's snowcones.

"It's a small one compared to most booths, but yes it is one," she said as the cave center began filling with dragons of all colors and sizes, "And it looks like we got everything ready just in time."

"You feel the auras as well," Tieral said, watching from the ledge leading to Goldenscale's home, "I'll try to hold them off as much as I can, but no promises on being completelly successful."

"It's time to start for those of us who'll be busy dirning most of the fesitval. I want to get in one day of festivety before midnight. I'll have better things to worry about then," Mayumi said, her legs getting weak, "For once, I'd like to enjoy the festival instead of staying home and crying myself to sleep."

"I'll redirect any that head for you or Mayumi then. I'm aware of the changes you've taken for the day, and Mayumi is in no condition to fight them off," Tieral said, making his way to the festival booths.

"There you are Frost, the council wishes to speak with you alone. They didn't say what it was, only that Mayumi should be left behind, and that she will be told soon enough," a pure black dragon said, bearing the mark of a council messanger.

"First, I'll need to rest for a minute or two," Mayumi said, laying down behind the booth, her energy completely drained.

"I'll let the forest take care of the ones that try to make it to the cave, but I'll take care of any that, on the off chance, make it through. I don't want anything happening to you or you family," Tieral said, "I'll do nothing about them until they theaten you or your parents."

'Alright...' she told him with a mental sigh. "Is something wrong, Mom?" she asked with worry.

"No, nothing's wrong, this is a good sign. This just means I'm going through my cycles properly," she said, energy slowly returning to her limbs, "I have one last cycle, and it will happen at midnight tonight. It will be the most painful, but it will bring the eggs."

(Alright. I'll probably not post for a while, though, because I am finally drawing my favorite anime character and it looks amazing and I want to finish it really bad...) "Oh, ok..." she said, not wanting go question any further.

Frost watches the booth and sells and does his tricks. He phases out leaving an ice copy to take over. Frost slips around back. "Are you all right?"

"Yes, I'm alright. As I told Goldenscale, this is just a good sign that theggs are healthy," she said, starting to standup.

"Frost, the council requests you presence at the nearest convinience. They ask for you to come alone," the black dragon said, slipping around backto confront Frost, "They also say Mayumi will be told what it is you'll be doing soon once everything is cleared."

"Umm ok? Mayumi i'll be back as soon as possible. OK?" he asks looking at his love.
