"They were very expensive. On top of the diamond, I had to use all my savings for them," he said closing the box and handing it to Goldenscale, "They will last much longer than the rose. Before the willow showed me the chest, I had planned to save my silver till I could afford them, but you would have already left by the time I had it all."

"You didn't have to.." she said, putting them on.

"I wanted to give you something that wouldn't fade like the flower will," he said hugging her, "The flower will run out of energy some time next month, but those will never fade."

"Once again, tank you." she said, returning the hug.

"You're the most importnat person to me, in more than one way," he said starting to turn a little red, "I don't know what I'll do without you here, but I'll find a way to make it."

"Same here.  I'm going to need you're help with a few things, Tieral." she said

"I would do anything for you," he said, So, what do you need help with?"

"I need to warn the council of my absence and that the willow will be taking care of any spiritual matters.  Then I need to gather a couple items, something from the forest, then a couple supplies I'm going to go buy if I don't have them." she said.  "I was hoping you could tell the council while I go to the forest to get some things." she said, wrapping a blanket around her.

"Why don't you tell me what you need from the forest, and you tell the council about your absence? I can handle the cold much better than you," he said taking out a piece of paper and some charcoal, "I may not be fully recovered, but I can still retrieve most things."

"I'm not going to risk your health, Tieral.  And just as long as I have something that can hold in body heat, I'll be able to do better." she said with a smile as she started towards the opening in the back.

"I would rather not see you rick your own health in the cold. I can't have a little magical healing taking me out for an entire month," he said meeting her at the back opening, "I'll be fine, I just need to know what you're needing."

"I'm still not going to risk it." she said, kissing his cheek.  "I'll be back in a bit." she said, taking off into the forest.

*sigh* "Frost, Mayumi, can you two watch after Alekai. I need to tell the council about Goldenscale's upcoming absence," he said turning to Mayumi and Frost.

Goldenscale flew through the forest, reaching a tree before long.  With a slight him, the tree moved it's roots and another trunk popped up.  She checked it's contents to make sure it was what she needed and started flying back.

Near the ground, a trail of steam was rising from the ground falloqing a small white wisp like orb on the ground..
