"Noooo!" he yelled.  Goldenscale flicked her ears and whimpered, hearing his yell.  She then smiled.  "Fogman's gone." she said quietly.

"Yes, by the sounds of it, he'll never be returning in our lifetimes, no matter how long we live," Mayumi said as she watched the red figure of Mi'Vier disappear behind the clouds, "He is learning why flarions are called a vengeful species the hard way, especially the red ones."

She laughed quietly, but soon burst into a coughing fit.  "I don't think her knows what a flarion is..." she said quielt after her fit had subsided.

"It does not matter if he knew before hand or not now. Where she's taking him, he wont be worrying about much," she said, finishing two vials of the antidote. Taking a vial, she walked over to Goldenscale. "This aught to have a little more effect than the original antidote," she said slowly pouring the fluid into Goldenscale's mouth.

Goldenscale did absolutely nothing to stop her, but she said burst into another coughing fit once she had finished pouring the liquid.  "Is he going to the sun?" she asked quietly.

"Not the sun we see here, that's too close for herliking. She's taking him to the twin dancers of valenth. the two suns orbit eachother so closely that if one could stand on the surface of either, they could jump to the other," she said stepping back to her alchemy lab, "Knowing mom, she'll stick him right where he'll be suspended between them.Maybe I'll have Mossed bring us to Valenth so that you can see the dancers. They really are a sight to see compared to the sun here."

"That would be cool..." she said before she dozed off again.

"It would be nice to see home once more," she said to herself as she worked to make more of the antidote.

Half an hour later, Tieral limps in to lay beside Goldenscale.

Goldenscale was unaware of Tieral as he limped over to her.  She exhaled soft and curled up slightly.

From the bottom of the stone box, Mayumi pull a blanket,  that was made of an unidentified amterial, and placed it over Goldenscale and Tieral as they slept.

Goldenscale purred slightly as she felt the blanket.  She yawned and her mane stood on end for a second before lowering again.

"I'm sorry Goldenscale," Tieral said as he reached into her mind.Slowly, he curled upunder the blanket.

'Sorry for what...' she asked him back, her reply nothing short of being a whisper because she was weak.

"For not stopping that creature from harming you," he said.

'It's not like it caused the apocalypse...' she said with a weak mental laugh.  She then burst into another coughing fit.
