""Thank you for all the help, but we don't need the medicine any more," Tinna said handing Mayumi the wrapped object, "Mom's much better now."

"I figured you two would want to return the unused medicine," Mayumi said taking the object, "I'm glad I was able to keep her alive long enough for Goldenscale to come along."

Givng a nod, Tinna and Dains turned to see Goldenscale cuddling Alekai. "Who is that," Tinna asked once she got over to Goldenscale.

"This is Alekai." she said.

"Where'd he come from," she asked seeing the crystal in Alekai's chest, "He's not like any dragon I've seen."

"I made him from gears and I made the crystal in his chest to give him a soul and a free mind." she said.  "No one except who's in this room knows him.  I think he should stay a secret."  She said the last sentence quietly.

"Why? There's no laws or rules against having a golem in the cave," she said, "It's not like he's some sort of explosive device."

"No, but I don't know how the others in the cave would react to me being with him.  They don't know he is made of gears.  Only we know." she said.

"If only there was something we could do," she said looking out the entrance to the cave, "We're going to need to get home soon. It's starting to get dark."

"I'll take you both back." she said, crouching again.

"Can I come with you this time? Last time you said yes, but then you left me with the willow," Alekai said climbing onto Goldensacle's back.

She sighed.  "I guess." 

"Yay," he said as he started jumping up and down for a moment before Tieral grabbed him and held im in one wing.

"I'll watch him while you take those two home. We'll wait for you at Mayumi's shop," Tieral saidas he adjusted his wing to better carry Alekai.

"Alright.  Don't hurt him, though." she said.  She then ran out of the cave and ran back to the twin's home.  "Here you are." she said.

"And just in time for supper," Kasra said greeting Goldenscale, "Why don't you stay and eat? We've got plenty for ourselves that you can have some as well."

"I can only stay a little longer." she said with a smile.

"I can understand. Fell free to stop by any time, you'll always be welcome here," she said watching as Tinna and Dains went over to their father, "It's the least I can do for all the help you've provided."
