"I am the champion fighter in every species.  Since I hold that record, all fighters have to fight me if they want to be the best.  I haven't lost that title yet, so why not.  And besides, I need training anyways." she said.  They soon arrived at the fighting grounds.  Konoki was waiting there for them.  Goldenscsle went to one side and the gryphon to the other.  "Alright, fighters.  You know the rules.  No weapons, no magic, only use natural weapons like our claws, beaks, teeth and the likes." Konoki yelled.  Both sides yelled.  "READY, GO!" he yelled.  Both sides began running towards each other.

Tieral took a seat beside Konoki, trying to keep from running in to guard Goldenscale.

"Don't worry too much about her.  She's something to be feared." Konoki said with a rough laugh.  ~ Goldenscale had headbutted the other gryphon when they first made contact.  When the gryphon tried to catch her between his claws, she would use intricate spins and flips to keep that from happening.  They both used complex fighting techniques as well as brute force to fight.  With each impact, both fighters muscles would ripple, showing how much strength each was capable of.  After several minutes of this, they both took to the air and fought there.  Goldemscale was at an advantage though because of her speed.  So she was easily able to beat him and threw him down to the ground with a harsh tail hit.  She then flew to the ground and roared.  "Shazhra remains the Gryphon Champion!" Konoki yelled.  Goldenscale roared in anticipation.  She then helped the other gryphon up.  "Nice fighting there." she said.  "Thanks, but it still wasn't enough to beat you." he said with a smile.  "It took me years of practice to get that accomplished." she said.  "The names Okin." he said, extending a wing.  "Shazhra." she said, doing the same.  "I've got to go back so keep practicing and then come and show me again.  Bye, Konoki." she said, walking towards the cave.

Tieral's worry only let up when Goldenscale starteed walking away. "That could have went worse," he said once he caught up with Goldenscale, "I don't think I'd ever be able to watch you do something like that and not worry."

"You know I'm not delicate, and as Konoki often says 'I'm something to be feared.'. How do you think I became the Champion in each species?" she said with a smile.  She stopped by a tree an fixed up her cuts and gashed.  She healed her cuts and bound her gashes and continued to walk.  "I believe that everything is done for today, unless there is an evening meeting.  Shall we go get Alekai?" she asked.

"Didn't you say you would bring Tinna and Dains to Mayumi earlier," Tieral asked, "If you still plan on doing that, I'll get Alekai while you get those two."

"I did say that.  Then I'll be back." she said walking towards the cave again.

"I'll meet you back at Mayumi and Frost's home," Tieral said before heading towards the willow.

"You must be some kind of miracle worker Goldenscale," Kasra said when she saw Goldenscale aproaching her, Tinna, and Dains, "I'm glad you were voted into being a council member."

"I'm no miracle worker, I just listen to the world around me." she said with a smile.  "You ready?" she asked, crouching.  "I'm going to have to carry you two there and cover you with my wings so that no one can see where we are going." she said with a wink.

"OK," they both said with smiles.

"I trust that you wont let them get into any trouble or get hurt," Kasra saidI would go with you to see Mayumi, but I need to see about getting my old job as a history teacher back."

"Alright.  I'll take good care of them.  Good luck getting your job back." she said before covering the twins up and walking towards the entrance.  "I'll bring them back soon." she said.

"So long as they're back before dark," she said before heading into the school building.

"It's a promise." she said before covering up the twins and running back to Mayumi and Frost's cave.  "Mom, you here?" she asked, walking inside.

"I don't have a reson to not be here," Mayumi saidwith a smile while she played with Alekai, "I've been enjoying my time off."

She let the twins off and went over to Alekai, picking him up and twirling him in the air before cuddling him.  "So here's Mayumi, thou two."
