"Aen fair guid our souls," she said before taking off heading to the main cave.

About an hour later, Tieral lands carrying several herbs. Laying the herb near Goldenscale, he sat at the entrance looking up to the sky.

Goldensvale yawned at hearing someone enter and lifted her head.  She then smelled a mint  and took a leaf, chewing on it slowly.  She had vaugly heard Mayumi's statement and wondered what it meant.  She then moved onto her side and sprawled them on the ground.  She let out a deep breath and went back to dozing.

As Goldenscale dozed, a neutral thick aura began to gather around her.

Frost is gathering food and exchanging stuff.

Goldenscale felt the aura around her and got up immediately.  "Who are you and what do you want." she said, her head swimming again.

"You have no reason to fear me little one," a kind and gental voice said in her head, "I have only come to see who the vita fair has been passed to. You can call me Kelan."

"At least give me a mental image of what you look like, Kelan.  I don't really want to take the blindfold off." she said quietly.  She still was on alert since she had so many bad encountered with unseeable spirits.  She fell to the ground and lay her head on the ground.

"Sure thing little one," the voice said as the image of a tall elvish looking man with wings similar to Mayumi's came into focus, "You may not be a flarion like Mayumi, but the vita fair has taken well to your spirit. Well enough that it will only singe you should you ahndle it without protection rather than spreading over your being."

"What's a 'vita fair'?" she asked quietly.  She relaxed completely and was no longer on alert, he looked like he wouldn't harm her.

"Vita fiar is what you call vital fire, a gift I have given to flarions to spread into the world and cleance the lands of Valenth," he said aproaching Goldenscale in her mind and laying a hand on her head, that could be felt even outside her mind, as he took a seat beside her, "It intrigues me how a flarion made it to this untainted planet so far away from her home where she's needed."

She purred when he put his hand on her head.  "But why would I have it," she said with a sigh.  For the time being, her spinning head seemed to go back to normal.  "But then again, I'm not a normal child.  So it sort of makes sense..." she said.  She transfered her full attention to the spirit in her mind.  She couldn't hear or see anything in reality for now.

"Mayumi and her kind are not what this world needs. This world needs a species that will protect nature and all its creatures, not one ment to reverse a tear in reality," he said as the a second, less gental aura arrived and the form of a dragon of the same species as Mayumi came into foce show several crystals and branches growing from its body, "Meet Valdren, my son and the first flarion dragon."

"You must be the newest Firestarter," Valdren said as his image examined her, "Young, but you have great potential. A perfect begining for the Firestartes here in this world."

"Explain more please.  I'm not understanding anything.  What's a Firestarter, why are there tears in reality, how can creatures fix that." she stopped ranting and just put her paw to her forehead.  "How can I help a world that doesn't understand me and I know nothing about." she said calmly but quietly.

"The Firestarters are a group souly commited to maintaining nature and the condition of the world they are on, be it fighting the undead or the phisical aspects of dreams," Valdren said stopping right in front of Goldenscale, "Your soul is bound to nature and the vita Fair accepts your spirit. You have the potential to be this worldsstrongest and most reviered protector of nature. This world does not need to understand you. All it needs to do is accept you."

"The tear in reality is of no concern to you. You can leave that to those who reside on Valenth and us," Kelan said brushing a wing over Goldenscale causing a calming warmth to come over her, "All we expect of you is for you to do your best to protect those who can't defend temselves, and nature."

"That won't be very difficult since that's what I've done all my life." she said.  She then began to think about the situation.  "But what I'm trying to understand is why I was chosen, and was told only now what I was chosen for?" she asked.
