Shiku kept his head down as he went into the camp with the cubs. "Do you have a lion skilled in the arts of medicine?" Shiku asked, not sure of there would be a lion with the title 'Medicine Lion'.

River nodded and raced off. Lighting stepped foreward."What happened?"

Shiku put his head down so the lion couldn't see his face. He was not in the mood to brawl right now. He hurried after the cub, pretending he hadn't heard the lion.

River bounded into the med-lion's den."Nex?" He called and a young Lioness with pale fur padded out.

Shiku looked up as a lioness, most likely the medicine lion, trotted out of her den. He placed the cub at her feet and looked up at her, he didn't think that he had to explain it.

Nex took one look at the unconscious cub and raced off, grabbing several differant herbs, she padded back and placed them on the ground."River, open Spark's mouth." River did as he was told and held Spark's jaws open with his front paws. He watched as Nex placed the herbs on Spark's tongue and ordered River to close her mouth."She shoould wake up soon..." Nex murmured.

"So she's not dead?" Shiku asked calmly. He hadn't been sure if the cub had been alive or not.

Nex shook her head, then paused."Wait, you're not from DawnPride."

River watched Spark, waiting for her to wake up.

Shiku jerked his head, hoping that the lioness wouldn't press the matter.

Nex was about to press for more when Storm came bounding in."What happened??" He exclaimed angrilly, sniffing his daughter, Spark.

Shiku shrank into his skin. He wasn't frightened, he just didn't want to get caught in the heart of Dawn Pride territory.

Nex looked at Storm angrilly."You may be Spark's father, but you can't just come rambling in here. Out!" Storm looked at Nex in surprise, then growled menacingly."No." Nex stared Storm strait in the eye."Out. Now." Storm hesitated, then slowly padded out of the den, glaring at Nex.

Shiku looked back at the lioness, "Should I leave as well?"

Nex stared thoughtfuly at the young male."If you wish, but if you'd like to see Spark in full health, then you may stay." River looked up in surprise. Let a lion from a differant pride stay?

Shiku nodded, he couldn't leave with this cub still here.
