By the time the others came out of their rooms, she had been prowling around town for hours. What they needed was information, unfortunately, that seemed to be the one thing everyone here was lacking. They went about their days, as usual, never mentioning a place or time. Idle chatter and gossip were all she heard in the small hours of the morning, and nothing much changed when the rest of the town came alive. It was frustrating, really. Trying to get information, when you don't know what information you need. No names were repeated, no places mentioned, at least to her knowledge. She watched from an alley as Terra walked out of the inn. It'd be best to keep an eye on her, seeing as no one knew if they would stay the night or just leave.
She fingered the key in her pocket. Though she almost felt bad for taking it, she might need it later. She had locked the door and left through a window, closing it behind her. It was a well practiced move. The question still echoed through her mind. How had that girl known this place was here, and why was it here? It seemed odd for a town to be in the middle of nowhere, miles away from any food or water. Something wasn't right about this town, or the whole blamed world they had fallen into.
