Crow eyed her curiously. “Mmm, I suppose I should leave now, don't lie to Frost too.” Then he vanished.

Arka growled irritably. So he knows I'm staying with Frost...

Arka growled softly, and waited until she couldn't smell him anymore. Then she swiftly ran back to camp, skidding as she spun to face the entrance of Frost's den.

“Frost! Crow was in the forest!”

Frost stepped out, growling. “What was he doing, exactly?”

“He was watching me. I don't think he was invading, or hunting, bu-”

“But we should be cautious just in case,” Frist finished. He then howled for some wolves to patrol around the territory.

Arka sat down, and Frost did too. “So...your powers are cool,” Arka said casually.

Frost looked at her, surprised. “Oh. Um, yeah. The leaders of each pack have them. The powers are based around the pack, and different even between the same pack.

“The Thunder Pack leader has powers based around lightning and storms. I can summon lightning to srike an opponent.

“The Shadow Pack, you know Crow, has powers based around the elements of darkness and shadows. Crow can generate and control tendrils of shadow.

“The River Pack leader, they live diagonally from our territory, can control water. The current leader, Kara, can create spheres of water, but only if nearby a body of water.

“The Wind Pack leader, living right north of us, have powers based around the controlling of earth and rocks. The leader in position now, an elderly wolf named Mohaki, can summon large cracks in the earth.”

Arka stared, processing the information.

“I know, it's a lot to remember,” Frost said, nodding. “It'll be easier to remember after a while.”

Arka narrowed her eyes. “Staying?” she echoed.
