Stormstrike--For the blueprints, you can go to the manor tab and then to buildings to see the descriptions of certain building. Materials are for building buildings, golems reproduce 2 or 3 times the amount of stuff you use to construct it, and item schemes makes items, which you will need to build certain buildings.
