"I find that amazin.  Ready to play hide and seek, Ece?" she asked, taking her in her arms and jumping out of the tree.

"Yes,  I haven't played in a long time, but i bet I can still hide pretty good," Ece said, taking flight and hovering in front of Goldenscale, "So, who is going to seek first and who is going to hide?"

"I'll seek first.  And I'll try not to use the forest to help me." she said with a smile.  She then hid her eyes inside her wings and began to count.

"We'll try not to go too far out," Chiei said before Goldenscale started counting. Giving a quick nod to ece and the haatchlings, she jumped out into the bushes and traveled a ways before settling between a bush and an oak.

Climbing into the willow's branches, Ece called on her magic to make herself look like the drooping leaves of the tree before hanging by her tail.

Splitting up, the hatchlings went and hid somng the brambles surounding the area.

"8...9...10! Ready or not here I come!" she said as she began to look for everyone.

"Good luck, the little ones are always so good at this game," the flarion said, looking back to Goldenscale as he pulled another barrier off, "Look high and low."

"I will try." she said as she went searching for them.  Fe, fi, fo, fum, I smell the blood of an englishman..." she said, repeating a common human saying.  She then walked up to a tree.  "Come out, come out, wherever you are..."

Starting at the trees just in front of Goldenscale, the area began to feel more alive and green as a strange energy washed over the area. After a few moments, a fiery grey symurgh stepped out of the bushes carrying Gian and Frost. Stopping in front of Goldenscale, the symugh placed the two hatchlings on the ground and dipped its head.

She smiled.  "Hello, what's your name?  I don't think I've seen you here before." she said with a smile.

"I am Kian'Iel. I am new to these parts, as is my species to this forest. You must be the one the gryphons call Shazra, and the one the spirits call Goldenscale," he said, lifting his head, "I take it that these two are yours. They were hiding in a thick patch of brambles not too far from here."

Seeing Goldenscale, Gian and Frost ran over to her and hid behind her front legs.

"I do go by those names, and these two are my siblings.  We were playing hide and seek.  You can join if you wish." she said. 

"I would rather not, games were never my thing. I would much rather  sit in the silence of nature and listen to the spirits go about thier work," he said, shifting his wings a bit. One of the spirits told me to visit a willow that grows here. It said, there was a dragon who could use my help."

"I wonder which spirit told you that.  But I am in need of help looking after this forest.  It has been my duty since the day I hatched to protect this area, but I have to take a year long journey to find something to help someone I love.  I am not sure if my enforcers alone would be able to protect it well enough." he said.
