"The mixture is but a blessing bestowed on this world to protect it against the Shade. It was Kyne's last act before sealing the tower and herself away to preserve the world itself," he said, "She sealed the recipe in the pearls' reflections so that the Shade could never see it and make a work around for it. There are only five of these pearls left. They are very dear heirlooms of the families that own them."

"Which familes would they be." she asked.

"Most are those who are deeply connected with nature. There is only one that has a single member of the family remaining. She is young and knows little about what the pearl holds within, but she holds it dear for reasons beyond its value," he said, "Lucky for you, she is near by. Shhe lives within the very cave you call home, safe away from those who would harm her."

"Would it be my daughter Ece, but any chance?" she asked.

"We know not the names of these families or of their members. All we know is where she is and if she's safe," Gladekeeps said, "If she is your daughter, you''ve adopted a member of one of the oldest families on this world, and effectivly made sure is continues for another generation."

"She was in need and I helped her." she said with a nod.

"And in doing so, you protected an ancient artifact  of Kyne. Your mate Tieral is of another ancient family, though not as old as your daughter's. He comes from a family who was tasked with proteceting the physical aspect of nature by chanelling eco," she said with a sile, "He may not realize the power that flows in his blood, but it will serve him well in the year to come."

"I did not know this.  I did not know much of his family, though I hop t learn more later on." she said with a nod.

"One's history is impossible to know when one is only given so little.He probably doesn't even know where his abilities come from. I will teach you once your journey is done and you are safely back home. For now, focus on surviving the yaer to come, and achieving your goal," she said as several roots seemed to grow up near Goldenscale, "You must know one thing about your old self though. Shade may be destroyed, but a shard of her remains in you. It is the piece that gives you such control of your insanity. With Shade gone, this shard will slowly redevelope, you will eventually need to decide to either destroy it or let it live its new life from the begining."

"The part of me that goes insane, my 'alter ego'?" she asked.

"Yes and no. The insane side of you is the product of having youoriginal soul still remaining here in this realm. It is the remenants of Shade that carried over to you upon being remade by Moonlight. Now that Shade is gone, that part of you can once again become whole and sane. She will be stronger, but she will also try to become her own being as any sane soul would. It is up to you to decide which will be done," she said, the roots growing thicker and starting to glow a deep green, "We will wait for that time when you must dicide. All eleven of us for this is a rare occasion that not even the spirits of nature get to see often. We will be able to help you adjust to whatever decision you choose."

"Understood.  I will have to tell you sometime after I return." she said with a nod of her head.

"No need,we will be able to tell when the coice is made. It will leave a mark on your soul, marking you as a reminder of your choices in life. It will serve no harm towards you unless you make it so," Gladekeeper said, using the roots to give Goldenscale energy, "It is almost morning and you have not sleept enough to start the jouney. Let this gift of energy take the place of what would have been gained through sleep."

"Thank you.  If there is nothing else I need to know, I shall take my leave to make sure Ahnah and I are prepared." she said with a bow.

"We will meet again in the year to come. I will wait for you in The Viridian Labyrinth," Gladekeeper said, withdrawing her roots and bowing herself.

"I will wait for you in the Windswept Plateau," Windsinger said, uncoilin himself from the tree he was in.
