"You don't have to.  It was my pleasure.  I gave me my confidence back...  I thought I wouldn't be able to do so because I had failed so many times before, but I did it this time.  Take good care of your eggs now." she said with a smile.

"A true mother always tries her best to take care of her young, be them of her blood or not. If I can help it, no harm will ever come to these eggs or the hatchlings inside," Clair said, using the slik blanket to cover the eggs, the silk taking on a vibrant cyan color, "I'm glad this was somehow able to give you confidence."

"This has given me much more confidence that before.  I thank you for letting me try." she said with a smile.  "I'm going to go visit some friends now if that's alright with you.  I want to tell them good bye."

"That's fine with me, but before you go, I have something for you. It is something  that will help you on your jouney," Clair said, taking a small box from a drawer and hading it to GOldenscale, "My parents gave that to me when I left home to travel, and I'd like you to have it for your travels. It's a small pocket charm enchanted to bring courage and willpower to the owner. I doubt you will ever need it, but it would be put to better use with you than it would just sitting here in a box."

(I hope I spelled that right....)

"Then I will take good care of it.  Thank you, Clair." she said, hugging Clair before she left.  She then headed towards Kokkorok's home.  Once she had arrived, she knocked on the door.

(You did.)

"Come on in, the door is unlocked," Dara called out from inside, "We're just getting ready for lunch."

Goldenscale walked in.  She smiled.  "Where's Tinna and Dains?" she asked.

(Wrong family.)

"Tina and Dains are withtheir parents Rhidik and Kasra. They were here a little while ago though. They brought us a basket of fruit as part of the festival's ending traditions," Dara said, handing plates of food to Xis, Kria and, Rii, "Kokkorok is out searching for something,  so i don't quite know where he is. You're welcome to stay a while if you wish, they little ones wouldn't mind you sticking around for a little bit."

(Woops...  Sorry...  Oh...  I remember now...  I'm so forgettful XD...)

"Oh.  I just wanted to tell him goodbye.  I'm leaving tomorrow, and I thought it would be rude to leave without letting anyone except my family I was going.  But, how did you all like the festival?" she asked.

"It was just as cheerful as I remembered it. Even after ten years of being locked away by a demon,  we were able to readjust to normal life.," Dara said, "I'm sure you'll find my mate somewhere nearby. I do wish you the best of luck on your trip."

"Thank you.  I hope all goes well with on during my absence." she said as she went looking for Kokkorok.

Nearly running into Goldenscale at the door, Kokkorok dropped the metal box he was carrying. "Oh, hello Ms. Goldenscale, what brings you here on such a fine day," he asked,  picking up the box, "I was just getting back from the smith."

"I just wanted to say goodbye and I hopeall goes well in my absence." she said with a smile.  She then went and opened the door for him, noticing the box he held.

"I'm sure the remaining council members can handle this place on their own. When i spoke to a few of them earlier, they have plans on going through what needs fixed and fixing the problems. They'll have plenty to deal with in your absence," Kokkorok said, dusting the box off before stepping in, "I do have good news for you though. As of an hour ago, I am now your adviser. As such, I wish the best for you. I will be sure to fill you in on everything of importance when you returne."

"Great.  I'm going to mis being here and seeing everyone, considering I just got here recently." she said with a smile.
