"I don't know," she said before tyring to stand and falling back down with a screech of pain, "OK, it's definitly broken."

"Let me help you." He helps support her side that that's broken. "What are you doing out here?"

"Thanks, I was just having a look around to figure out where everything was, but then that old lightpole fell," she said looking to the sky to catch the first rays of sunlight, "I didn;t want to wake anyone, so I just walked around."

"Well you did a good job of that." he said with a smile. "Don't take offense. It's just i was up already and i think i killed a friendship." He gets her inside.

"Pain has a way of doing that. Sorry to hear about your friendship," she said, "What happened?"

"i was asleep. Jessie this little cat anthro scared me this morning. When she did, I went into my trained mode and scared her. No one knows that i've been trained. I'd just like to keep it that way. Sorry, my names Beck."

"I'm Sasha. If you explain your actions, she'll forgive you," she said starting towards Doc's office, "Children are quick to forgive so long as they know the reasons behind an outburst."

"Sight yeah but still though." He gets her inside.

"Great now what?" Doc turns, "O sorry. So let me guess broken leg or ankle?"

"Not sure which. I just know it hurts like hell when I try to stand on me left leg," she said getting up on the examination table, "I was looking around when one of the lightpoles fell on me."

"Aww ok." he looks her over, "Haha its just a sprain nothing more. just go and stay off it a little bit and you should be good."

Beck leaves and goes to find Jessie.

"That's a relief," she said , "What year is this? Last I remember, this city used to be very crouded and lively. Now it just seems sad and neglected."

"Sorry? It's been lost," the doc says getting supplies.

Beck finds Jessie with Nathaniel.

"It must have taken hundreds of years for a forest to grow through a city like it has here," she said watching Doc, "I just wonder what happened to cause as much destruction as this city has seen."

Nathaniel was siiting on his beadwith a hand ful of vines and a flattened out knife with three holes along the center of the blade. "Morning Beck, there something I can do for you," he asked looking up from his work on treating the vines to see Beck at his door.

"we came here and started this colony about ten years ago," he said putting a little ointment on her leg.

"I was coming to see Jessie. and also i thought you said something about loot." He walks up to Jessie and apologizes. she hugs him and then runs off to play.

"I see, then everything here was already lost when you got here," she said looking a bit down.

"To tell the truth, I don't remember much of anything past getting home with Doc and the others. My memory gets kind of out of wack after about twenty hours without sleep," he said scratching the back of his head, "I gues it would be a good idea to start sorting out what was brought back. At least we wouldn't have to look for anything once we're done."
