"Am I doing something wrong?" she asked with a confused face.

" You're not doing anything wrong, just speaking under your breath. If that flower is that important, keep it hidden like you're doing now. There are very few people who can understand the chimes nature uses to speak," she said looking back to Goldenscale, "Still, it would be a good idea to keep you voice silent about it at the orphanage if it's that important."

Frost winks that that she's not in trouble.

Goldenscale bit her lip and turned her head.  'Crap... she isn't supposed to know that I even have a hidden flower...' she thought.  *You shouldn't underestimate who's around you.* the willow stated.  Goldenscsle hummed angrily at it.  She then became as silent as a rock.

Frost pats her head. "It's ok. We won't say a word."

"I wouldn't imagine harming you in any way. If it's that impotant to you, I can just forget I heard about it," she said as they reached the orphanage door, "Some things should stay hidden."

Goldenscale continued to say nothing.  

Stepping into the building briefly, Mayumi returned with a set of forms. "Alright, these are the last set of papers we need to sign," she said.

Goldnscsle sighed.  "I might as well." she said as she walked out the cave entrance and into the forest.  She poked her head into the cave and waited.

"You might as well what," Tieral asked coming to rest beside Goldenscale.

She sighed.  "Gather Talia, Metraz, Mayumi and Frost.  I have something I need to show you all." she said to him telepathically.  She made sure no one would overhear.

"Metraz would be the only one I'd have trouble getting. He's currently tending to his eggs. The others wont be difficult to gather," he said send their location to the others telepathicaly.

"Then I'll show him another time." she said.  She began fidgeting with the ground.  She needed to check on her flower and quickly.

Frost sat there by goldenscale.

Though she seemed to be looking out into space, her ears continued to swivel at every sound.  While she lived in the forest, her hearing became very acute and she was able to hear a newborn puma from several yards away.  She continued to look into the cave, waiting for the others.
