Looking back to Goldenscale, Mayumi blew a small ring of light smoke that felt like a ring of cool water when it hit Goldenscale. "I have too many people who I care for to leave now. You and your siblings, though they are still mostly undeveloped, have made me realize this. It would not be right for me to hurt you or your siblings just because something out of my controle happened to Frost," she said, looking down to the eggs sitting just in front of her at the inner edge of the nest, "If i can help it, nothing will take me away."

I look to the floor, the relife of returning from the nightmare and coming to find Ece, gone. "O- ok" I say quietly and open the door and walk out of the building, I find a tree and sit down against it. I shudder even though it's not cold.

"Don't take Mayumi's words to heart, she's been through a lot today, loosing Frost and all," Tieral said, seeing Storm sit against a tree, "Ece is fine, she's just asleep right now. She probably looked all over the forest for you until she found Goldenscale. Goldenscale and I may have adopted her, but that does not mean you two can't be friend and look out for e3ach other."

"Both personally and as a mother. I'm afraid something will happen to you despite your strength. The world is large, and there are untold dangers out there that not even the guardians that protect the lands can protect you from," she said, "What I fear most is that there is a chance you will not return. I fear that I might find you as I found Kor so long ago when he died."

"No matter what happens to me, I will always return. As long as that flower remains here, I will find my way back. I would never live with myself if I never came back, not with everyone I care about and love here. I have sworn to protect those around me, and I will obey it to the letter." she said with a reassuring smile. ºI will also make sure they return.º Moonlight said. This time she was in the form of a fae dragon.

"No matter how many times either of you reasure me you'll return, I wll always worry and fear. You may be adopted but you are still my daughter. As a mother, I will always worry about my children when they are away, be it an hour or a year," she said, bringing her tail around to brush over the eggs, "A year is a long time, and worrying will only serve to keep you in memory.." Taking a moment to take in what Moonlight said, Mayumi lookever to her, "I thought it was only goig to be Goldenscale leaving for the journy. Who else is going with her?"

"I feel like there's some other reason in addition to those, but I wont press any farther since it's none of my business. Anyways, Ahnah, or Talia as most people know her, is very knowledgable in navigation and survival.  few years back, she had me teach her how to make a few potions that would be of great use to a enforcer. I can trust her to do her best to defend Goldenscale," Mayumi said, watching the forms inside the eggs and laughing at Goldenscale's reaction to Moonlight's words, "I don't see anything wrong with the way Goldenscale acts or speaks. Confidence and strength  are good things to have in both voice and body. Besides, she doesn't have to prove herself to anyone, she already has a mate."

"No, but on a normal basis I don't show much emotion short of happiness or anger myself. While it would be good for her to learn to let her emotions out more, I see nothing wrong with her decision to keep them hid. Everyone could benefit from letting their emptions out more, but sometimes it pays off to keep them hid from time to time," she said, "Her journey will teach her many things, be it from Ahnah or the world around her. To make it in human society, she will have to learn to let things slide an to not show off her strength. Humans may not be magically incline by nature, but they can pick out a diguise rather quickly just by watching actions."

"That's not what I mean by letting things slip by. In a uman society, every person has a right to defend themselves and those they care about, but it is considereed strange if you come to someone's defence when you do not know them. If you see any legendary creature being mistreated, you would do good to associate yourself with the wildlife avtivists. Their goal is to make sure every creature is treated with respect. You're main goal in a human society should be to attract as little attention as possible," she said, looking to Goldenscale, "If your journy forces you to interact with humans, observe the community first to learn what is expected of women. Using that information will make blending in easier."
