"It'll be your turn after the issue over getting a bigger school built before the next school year starts. Just try not to say or do anything that you'll regret later," Mayumi said laying down and leaning against the wall, "You might be able to take one of them on, but starting a fight with one will bring the other eleven against you."

"Not just that. Also the enforcers and the dragons that don't know the full truth. I'm sorry to hear that Mayumi. I truly am," Frost says holding three sticks with fried lizards on them.

"No good could ever come from a fight with those odds," Mayumi said clutching the charm around her neck, "They wouldn't stop at just beating you into submision. Any phisical threat towards any of them is met with lethal force."

"They wouldn't get out of the cave entrance.  Once something has made me angry, I try to either change it, try to figure out why it is happening, or I destroy it.  I'll find ways to make them change their minds..." she said, ranting.

They don't like to leave the cave, butthey will if they are chasing someone who attacked them. I don't want you going in there just to get yourself hurt, my right to leave the cave isn't worth your life," Mayumi said seeing someone exit the council chamber carrying several documents. "Looks it's your turn to speak to the Council," she said standing up and walking over to Goldenscale to brace her side.

"Alright... here we go..." Goldenscale said after a sigh.

"We already know why you are here. What is your name," one of the elders sitting at edge of the room asked once Mayumi and Goldenscale reached the center of the round room.

"I go by the name of Goldenscale Golddragon." she said confidently.  She held her head high as she spoke.  

"Right then, the public has brought to our attention the deed you've done for the schools," the elder said reading over a few papers, "We have offered a single favor and the chance to join our ranks at the request of the public. Where do you wish to start, the favor or joining?"

"I would like to start at the joining, please." Goldenscale said.  She still spoke confidently, but she had no idea what the customs were for addressing higher ranking creatures.

"Very well, if you accept our offer, you position would grant you the privileges the rest of us have, but you'll be dealing with the public more than us," the elder said setting down one set of papers and picking up another set, "You'd be working as a sort od public councillor. Mostly, you'll deal with the issues that pop up in the school discipline, but you'll also offer advice for the public's semi persenal problems. Do you accept our offer?"

"I do accept your offer." Goldensdcale said with a smile.  This would be easy for her.  She had often acted as sort of a mediator for the other creatures she lived with back then.

"Then welcome to the Council. The acceptance ceremony will be held tomarow at 7:00 A.M.. You'll be introduce formaly to the public as an official council member," the elder said stamping the second set of papers and picking the first set back up, "Now, for the issuea of the favor. What is it we can do for you or someone you know?"

"It is undefined.  If I may, I wish to save it until I have a true need for it." she asked.

"We understand. Something as useful as a favor from us is worth keeping till needed," the elder said fileing the first set of papers into a unmarked folder, "Now, do you have any questions or issues you'd like to bring to our attention while you're still here? You're the last person to be here tonight so we have time to talk things over."
