Goldenscale turned her gaze into a kind one. "Everyone deserves a proper burial." she said as she walked over and around the grave. Everywhere she stepped, beautiful flowers of every color grew into full bloom. She then stepped back again and sat down, with her eyes closed and her head bowed.

Don't give up hope when it seems lost

I'm a mistake, yet I'm still here

Chase after what you believe

And make every second count.

Looking around at the flowers, she began to relax a little. "They never had a chance," she said as she slowly began to digg out more room in the grave with her free arm, "I should have been more careful."

Goldenscale went over to help the dragoness with digging the grave. "There is no such thing as being more careful. Life is as unexpected as nature itself. But nature and life work together because they care for one another. Those who die get a second chance sometime, may it be directly after death or years after. Life is like a flower, it dies in the winter but returns in the spring." she said quietly. She smiled at her own words, wishing to believe it was true.

"They would still be alive if I hadn't brought them so close to that human village. I was just trying to teach them how to hunt when the humans took them. I fought them as best I could, but their machines out lasted me," she said, tkaing the mangled bodies from the bag and softly laying them in the grave before starting to fill it back in, "All they wanted was to learn, and now everything has been taken from them. All I have now is this bag and their yells."

"Do you know if their spirits have moved on?" she asked.

"Yes, the humans broke their mind before their bodies. Their spirits passed the moment they died," she said, curling up over the grave and sobbing, "They were made mindless. I can only find peace in knowing they weren't bound to this world, their spirits are free to live again when their time comes."

"At least they are free..." she said quietly.

"Maybe you can come by later, I just want to be alone for a while," she said, laying her head down and laying a wing over herself.

(The song she's singing is 'Moon Princess' from the Rhythm Thief and the Emperor's Treasure game.) "Of course." she said, leaving. She then began to run across the forest once more, leaving flowers in her wake. But now she was singing a melody that had no words.

As the sun began to rise, Mayumi woke. Moving so she would not wake Frost as she left the bed, she walked over to her alchemy set and started working on a simple mixture. As she worked, she began humming a soft tune from her chioldhood.

Goldenscale continued to bound through the forest, her only objective growing flowers and plants in her forest and the surrounding area. The sunrise would not stop her, but for the rest of the day she would remain in her silver, graceful body. The powers of growth would only last the day, so she was determined to grow as many plants and flowers as possible. But she only hoped no evil would find her until midnight that night for she had given up her normal powers for the power of growth and healing for the first day of spring only. So she would be helpless if anything found her now. She dismissed the thought and continued her mission.

Near the willow, Talia was drawing several landscapes into the dirt with her claws. Each one had detailed aspects of large dragon villages.

Goldenscale had been bounding through the forest, arriving at the willow and circling her with a purr. *I should call you Moon.* she said with a chuckle. 'But I'm only like this once a year...' she replied with a frown, sitting in front of her. *We should ask Talia about it then.* Before Goldenscale could stop her, the willow had called Talia to come see them. 'Oh no...' she thought, putting her hand to her forehead.

Looking up from her drawings, Talia turned to see Goldenscale. "Good morning Goldenscale," she said, her voice sounding a little hallow, "I'm sorry if I seem a little off today. I just have a lot on my mind."
