"Hello, little one.  Could you hand me that paper please?" she asked nicely.  She held her paw out a bit.

Smiling a little, the hatchling handed Goldenscale the form.

Frost watches them through the crack in the door and tries to turn into his human form but fails the stitching stops it.

(You wont have to worry about that.) For the next couple of hours the teacher would bring in small groups of the hatchlings, and take the previous group back,  until the last group of three came in about noon.

"OK, this is the last ones," the teacher said bringing in the last three," Sorry it took so long, but we have guidelines we have to fallow for these kind of things."

Stepping up to the side of the counter, two almost identicle twins were pushing the third along despite the obvious resistance.

"No worries." she said with a smile. She then looked at the hatchlings, crouching to look at them. "Why are you resisting them, little one?" she asked quietly to the one being pushed towards her.

"They're always pushing me around. They wont leave me alone either," the hatchling said after the twins backed off, "They take my things and pick on me, but no one believes me because they're older."

"You would do that for me," the hatchling asked looking up to Goldenscale, "Maybe then, they'll leave me alone."

"Sure, little one." she said as she gave the hatchling the vaccination. "I'll see what I can do." she said as she gently rubbed the hatchling's head. "You two, your turns. I also have something I need to share with you." she said as she called them over.

"What is it," the twins asked in unison  when they reached the side of the counter.

"Cool, what's it about," The twin on the right asked getting excited.

"You'll have to losten closely to find out." she said with a smile. She took a deep breath in and began. "Once there was a little dragon that lived in a forest. She thought it was a good idea to boss all of the other creatures around her, but the gryphons, the pumas and the unicorns didn't like it. When they asked her to stop, she didn't listen. But one day, along came a creature that was so much bigger than her, she could only reach to his shoulders. That creature bossed her around and she got hurt during it, so hurt she couldn't stand up. The creatures she had bossed around saw what had happened to her and they didn't like it. So they helped her and got rid of the mean creature. But she was still hurt. So all of the forest creatures helped her to get better. When she saw what they were doing for her, she was touched. That day, she made a vow never to boss or hurt another creature again. From that day forward, she was the kindest dragon they had ever known." She paused for a second. "I heard from another hatchling about how mean you two were. Bullying others doesn't help you at all. You only hurt others. But if you treat others with kindness, they will return it to you. Don't bully others anymore. Learn from this story and tell others it if they bully others." she said as she vaccinated them.

"And who's going to stop us? OUr father is the head of the council," the one on the left said, looking disapointed, "We can do whatever we want. No one can prove we did anything."
