Inside, most of the papers had been cleaned up and sorted into stacks. "Morning Goldenscale. We've just about got all these papers sorted out. We'll be busy for the next few weeks just fixing the old council head's mistakes," one of the members said as he carried a large stack of papers to the reception counter, "Maybe now we can acually find what we need now instead of having to jump through hoops just to get the paperwork."

"He sure did make a lot of mistakes.  I do have a question though." she said.

""Sure, what is it," he asked as he started filing away the papers.

"I was wondering if the next council member has been chosen yet." she said.

"We haven't gotten around to counting up the votes yet, but that's next on our list once we get the papers where they need to be," he said, "The plan is to anounce the new council head at the start of the festival. That'll give the public time to get to know the new head. Every festival, we as a whole run a single booth meant for just talking with a council member directly rather than going through the system. We each take turnes throughout the day and the week so that the public has a chance to talk to all of us. We'll make use of the booth this year to get the new head recognized."

"That sounds like a wonderful idea.  Thank you for telling me." she said as she left.  She then went over to her home to see if it was finished.

"Ah, there you are Ms. Goldenscale. We've been waiting for you," the crew leader said, "Your home is no longer under construction. It is now open for you to live in."

"Thank you very much." she said with a slight bow.  She then walked inside and inspected it.  Everything looked wonderful: the rooms, the stream, her entire home.  She then went to the center of  her home and planted a willow seed she was given.  Then using her magic, she let the tree grow, and it grew taller than any other willow in the world.  Once she was done, she then began to plant herbs and flowers of every kind along the walls.  Though she said she was going to be making wood carvings, she had absolutely no tools.  She then went to the market to see if she could find some.

In the market, several booths were set up along the cave wall, each lit by its own torch. Above each stall was a sign hinting at what it had for sale. At the east most end, several booths were set up with the sign "Crafts and hobbies".

Goldenscale went over to the booths that said 'Crafts and Hobbies' to see if they had what she was looking for.  She honestly had non idea what she was looking for, so she was hoping there was a booth that would have a sign to help her.

"Hello madam, is there anything I can help you with," the clerk behind the booth asked when Goldenscale walked up, "We have just about anything you could want when it comes to hobbies."

"Oh, I was looking for some tools for wood carving.  I don't exactly know what tools those are sadly." she said with a slight frown.

"Mostly, those would be these here," she said pulling up a box of knive with all sorts of blade shape, "For the most part, people use their claws to cut away at the wood since they can get better details that way, but these will work just the same."

"Alright.  How much are they." she asked with a smile.

"For a full set, about two hundred silver or three gold coins," she said closing the box and setting it aside, "As an alternative option, you could help me in some way as payment instead."
