(Sorry for my slpw posts. I'm using my 3DS) Goldenscsle's eyes turned green again when she connected to the tree. 'Mother Willow! I feel pain! It may have been a small amount, but I felt it!' she said, bouncing around. Everyrhing that was said between them consisted of Goldenscsle's different pitched hums and the willows leaf rustles. The willow wrapped her leaves around the child in a hug. *That's wonderful. I'm glad you can-* Shwe stopped midsentence when she saw Goldenscale's bandagsed arm. *What have I told you about self harm.* she said sternly. Goldenscsle made a low pitched hum. 'I was sad this morning because the thought about yesterday came to mind and mom was sad.' she said sadly. The willow tree lofted the child into her branches. *Just don't do ot anymore, please.* Goldenscsle nldded and the two continued to chat.

Icetalon watched with curiosity as a sort of conversation happened between the tree and the young dragon, tilting her head to the side. She rose to her paws and crossed the cave, talons clicking sofly on the stone floor. She approached the tree cautiously, knowing the thing was magic but not entirely trusting it. She hesitantly reached her boney, helmeted muzzled forward and sniffed at the bace of the tree uncertanly. well this is unusual she thought to herself, never having seen anything like it before in her long life.

Goldenscale roared and jumped on the largr dragon's back. "Don't you dare harm or even think about it!" she roared, latching on to this dragon. She didn't know if this dragon meant any harm, but she wasn't going to chance it. "Don't even try escsping because it won't work." she snarled. Though she was small for her age, she was stronger than most creatures older than her.

Icetalon roared in surprise and anger, her war instincts kicking in as she spun and tried to reach for the smaller dragon that had latched herself onto her back. After a bit of thrashing around the milky white dragoness stopped struggling, realising she wasn't going to dislodge the attacker. She stood there in an irrittaed huff, cold steam rising from her nose again. "okay, you can get off now." she growled, digging her talons into the ground. It just wasn't her day.

Goldenscale made roots appear and bind the larger dragon, getting off when she was bound tight. "I'm not going to risk anyone coming to hurt anyone, so I'm not going to let you go." she said as she looked at the other dragon's eyes. The other dragon was probably going to laugh at her different colored eyes, but she only cared about seeing if this dragon would hurt anyone.

Icetalon looked the golden dragon over, not struggling agenst the vines. She simply calmed, the spines on her back laying nearly flat. "honey my days of hurting people are well behind me." she responded with a sigh, shaking her great head. She met the other dragon's eyes, intrieged by the fact that they where two diffrent colors, but found it an interesting quality. " my name is Icetalon, I settled here not long ago."

"What's going on here Goldenscale," Tieral asked, his voice only seeming to be heard in the mind. Stepping around Icetalon, he took a seat beside Goldenscale watching the new dragon cautiously.

Icetalon looked over the new male with an equal amount of caution, scanning him over from under her helmet. " simply a little friendly conversation is all." she murmured, now feeling a tad outnumbered and vounrible. Normally two good-sized dragons she could take on and wouldnt be alarmed in the least, but with these vines wrapped around her body and holding as tightly as they did she new she was pretty much stuck.

"It doesn't look like a friendly conversation to me. it looks more like you did something Goldenscale felt the need to defend against," he said, starting to relax a little, "So long as you don't try to bring harm to anyone, I don't see any reason we should fight."

"....." Icetalon gave him a blank stare. "Well I was curios as to why the tree was moving, so I sniffed it, and the child jumped on me. Satisfied?" She explained with a hint of exasperation in her rumble of a voice, the spines along her back twitching in aggitation."obviously no harm came to anybody, so if you could let me go that would be wonderful." She turned her huge head around to peer at the tree curiously, feeling as if it was watching her.

"Only Goldenscale can release the vine. She's got a much greater connection to nature than me," he said, As for why the tree was moving, the same reason applies there. The trees can move, but usually only those with a deep enough connection with them can get toem to do so."

""well i imagine that if i where to cut it myself eaither a-it'll just tick me off more cause i wont be able to do it or b-i'll get into more trouple so SPEC-FIGGIN-TACUALR!" Icetalon growled, now very frustrated and sort of humiliated. I mean seriously. Vines???

"Getting angry wont get you free any faster than fighting," he said as he walked over to the willow and let Alekai climb from his back into the tree, "Personally, with Alekai here, I owuldn't want to fight at all in any form."

Goldenscale released Icetalon from the vines. "I'msorry about that.  But I had to be sure you wouldn't attack anyone.  I've already had to deal with some very angry spirits, and I'm really not in the mood for the same thing to happen like it did yesterday." she said.
