Sariku, this one is very questionable. It looks too similar with old generation My Little Pony which style is a part of Hasbro trademark. I don't think that we can allow anything in this style, sorry.

alhays31808, traditional art is ok if you can produce an image that complies with all the quality and tech requirements for skins. This means that in any case you will have to process it digitally after scanning: carefully remove background, cleanup, adjust contrast and color balance etc.

There is no "site" to colour these.
Please check this link to find which programs you can use to colour: http://beastkeeper.com/thread/4107

Pichugirl- What program are you using? You will need to use a program that has layers involved. Make sure that you are drawing on a transparent layer (above the background), then save your image as a .PNG and hide/delete all solid backgrounds.
I posted a list of programs that work here: http://beastkeeper.com/thread/4107
For tutorials please look on Deviantart. They have fantastic tutorials. YouTube also has some good tutorials as well. You can actually watch the artistic process.

Hi, was wondering if I could send this in as a custom skin for a puma
edit: sorry, picture removed
it's based upon a Sabre tooth tiger. I would just like to know if this is ok to be accepted or if it still needs some work. Thanks

GriffinRider, please fix the shadow, it's cropped by the border of the image.

Would these two skins be accepted ?
I also can't have too much programs instaled on my computer, so I don't have one that allows me to simply recolore the image. I also had one on my phone, but the bacground became black, so I had to change it.
So it looks like this:
Recolored on the phone:
Modified to take away the background:
