Chase made a disgusted face, "I'll be fine, I do not want to see anyone else puke." He rubbed his forehead, then leant over the bucket as he felt bile rise in his throat, but it went back down and he groaned as his stomach started hurting.
"I think my body is trying to get rid of the venom."

Chase smiled weakly before throwing up into the bucket. The vomit was the same colour as the milky liquid Faelin had injected into him. He coughed and spluttered for a couple of seconds before leaning away from the fowl-smelling liquid.
"Anyone have a drink?"

"Thanks, and sorry." Chase gratefully took the water and drank it, trying to get the taste out of his mouth. He sank back into the pillows.
"Why can't the beds in the Apollo cabin be this comfy? It's like sleeping on a cloud!"
He had gone a bit pale, and the headache hadn't left, but he was content to be there with people who cared about him.

Chase grinned, his headache had subsided to a faint beating at the back of his head. "The Apollo cabin is still pretty crowded, at least she -" He pointed to Violet, "Gets a cabin all to herself!"
He laughed for a second before being overcome by a coughing fit. He turned slightly green.
"I think I may need that bucket back." He clamped a hand over his mouth as bile rose in his throat.

Violet was close to puking herself. "Oh by the gods stop it Chase! Your gonna make puke! But you are are right about me having a cabin to myself... I just love the water beds, they're amazing! And the statue in the middle, even though I care more about the fact it's a fountain then a statue of my dad."
She watched as Chase was about to puke, "I'd say you'd be fine but that's a lie, and I don't really wanna get closer... There is a huge difference in water and puke my friend!" She started laughing happily.

Chase was about to reply to them when he gagged and threw up again. He lent back on the pillows as his headache started growing again. He groaned and rubbed his temples,
"Ughhh, I haven't been this sick since I was a kid."

Faelin took the bucket from Chase, gagging at it's acid smell.
"Really?" She attempted to laugh, but it turned into a gag, "I used to get super sick all the time. I was the queen of stomach flu."
Faelin placed the bucket back on the counter. "If you need to throw up again, I'm getting another bucket. There's no way I'm touching that one again."

Chase smiled weakly.
"I only got sick like, once every couple of years. Well, that was until my mom started ignoring me...." He broke off, realising he'd started talking about his past. Almost no one knew about his past, except that he'd been at Camp Half-Blood since he was eight. It was just so easy to talk to Faelin and Violet.

Faelin looked sadly at Chase, "It's okay, you don't have to talk about it."
Images of her own past flitted through her mind. Clips of dark streets and running, with non-human feet pounding behind her.

Chase looked at his hands. Once his mom had remarried she'd technically forgotten about him. Her new children had been normal with no link to the Greek Gods. They had also been younger than him, toddlers. He'd only been five, but without the proper nutrition and excercise, he'd become quite sick. The reason he was still quite scrawny to this day.
He fiddled with the covers and he cleared his throat. "So, how long has it been since the last prophecy?"
